Cashier knew exactly how to run my order that is not on menu exactly as written and very friendly. Store is clean. Been a while since I've been here bc of poor service (prior management) but this is a step in right direction!

Stopped in while passing through town. It was clean inside and the food came out consistent with the quality you would wxpect from other TH’s. Bathroom and dining areas were clean. Not always the case in some TH’s.

I come to this Tim Hortons almost every day, and I’m really disappointed by the service. The staff are consistently rude and never acknowledge customers no greeting, no thank you. It’s frustrating, especially when you’re a regular.

Two lovely people seemed to be closing when I walked in; very fun, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were out of a few donuts I wanted but I expected that seeing how late I came in.
Just went through the drive through and got some coffee and snack. Everything was excellent and the staff were nice.

Ordered 1 hot caramel mocachino and 1 iced caramel mocha, both with whipped cream at drive thu, saw my order on the board. Got to window was handed the iced caramel mocha in the proper plastic cup, no straw, and my hot caramel mocachino in the proper paper cup, only it was ice cold! Like an iced coffee?Told them it was supposed to be a hot drink, waited 5 minutes to get correct drink. The iced drink was God awful, not stirred, very slight on caramel, and ice CUBES, not shaved ice as I usually get at other T.H 's. Both has teaspoon at best of whipped cream. Hot caramel drink was also weak on the caramel, very bland compared to other locations. $10 wasted as neither was really drinkable.UPDATE; Was asked to share with customer care, given email address that apparently is not valid. No wonder things don't improve!

Door hours do NOT reflect actual hours of store. Wasted time to drive out to have it closed. Owners need to rectify this it’s lazy.
