This drive-thru took 25 minutes to get through. None of my Boston creams had any cream in them, but they did have a whole for where it was supposed to go. Normally I Like Tim Horton's, so 2 stars.

Stopping there before work for 10 years, over the last couple months at 5:30 in the morning they have no meats cooked or pastries only drinks. They open at 5:00 a.m. they should be ready to serve the public at 5:00 a.m.

I went to purchase donuts at the time Hortons on Spencerport and bugs was flying all over the donuts and they still served them to the customers I did a video of the bugs flying and land on these donuts I talk to the assistant manager she only moved 1 rack just to go resale them as much as I give tim Hortons a 10 out of 10 I will not be purchasing donuts anymore I love love love tim Hortons but that kinda showed me the manager didn't care atball

I’m honestly disgusted with my recent order. I found a hair in my sandwich, which is beyond gross and completely ruined my meal. On top of that, my coffee was made wrong. I clearly asked for two creams and four sugars, and it wasn’t even close.

This is careless, unsanitary, and really disappointing from Tim Hortons. I expect this to be taken seriously and made right.
