The employees at this burger king location have got to be the hardest working nicest people I've ever come across in a very long time. If I owned this franchise (assuming it is a franchise) I would instantly pay the employees i met today double, and hire a couple more. I cant comment on other people's experiences, but I know this team is working hard. I watched them handle their business, and I appreciate the hustle.
I used the drive through was on the outside loop and was left unattended as there had been multiple people come after me go to the inner loop and get service then trying to get my order through was a difficult even tho it was only 3 sandwiches off the menu and I get to the drive through windows and they forgot my order and had to reput it in , then when I finally got my order the left 1 item out and he'd to go in I was not the only person either another woman got her order and then they forgot all her apple juices and didn't put any of the burgers she ordered 8n the bag this is why no one uses this location and goes to McDonald's and taco bell instead ,these are simple tasks that are mad to seem like impossible ones

The worst store ever was told I can’t place more than 2 orders I’ve never heard that before ? Just lazy management, I understand if they were busy the store had no costumers, mad I ruined there chill session then as I got my food I got the wrong sandwich then she laughed as it was funny proceeded to take back the sandwich put it in another bag “bc it was switched” when I already touched the food itself . Disgusting service I wouldn’t go there if I was starving and that was the last place on the street.

Very disappointed. I went to the drive thru and asked if I could use more than one coupon and was told yes. I started to order and was told I had to come inside to order. I'm recovering from a hip replacement, so this was an inconvenience due to mobility. I went in as asked. My total order, even with the coupons was $34. I was not given a receipt. I had to make 2 trips to the car (hence wanting to use the drive thru). The fries were cold, the rest of the food was tolerable, but I was shorted 1 Whopper Jr. There was only 1 person working the counter and she had a sarcastic demeanor. I asked for a drink tray since I had 3 large cokes and she all but threw it at me. I used to be a BK fan, but not so much now. I'll definitely not go to the BK on Spencerport Rd. It's funny...the store wasn't busy but McDonalds across the street was slamming. For $34 I could have gotten a sheet pizza or some better chicken sandwiches from KFC. Live and learn.

Rude service and incompetent staff. But here’s a “card with a number to contact so you can get your money back due to our mistakes”. Shorted change back and when asked for the correct change back resulted with attitude.. SCAM of a place and workers. Would recommend any other bk.
