Charged me full price even though I had a coupon. Assistant manager refused to refund me, claimed it was too much work even though the place was empty. Got home and there wasn't even any sauce.

No one working the counter but store manager and employee working drive up window , one of the employees there told me he’d be with me in a second but a second turned into a minute and a minute turned out to be two etc so I walked out and went to Buffalo Road NY location , my sister also experienced horrible service there as well as I, I wouldn’t recommend this location to my worst enemy

I do like coming here. I like the fish sandwich although it seems to have gotten smaller throughout the years, but it is better than McDonald's. The only thing I don't like is when you put in your order in the drive thru they make you pull up to the front to get your order. I can't say it's like that all the time but it is an inconvenience if you are in a rush.

Whoever’s working on a Wednesday night at 9 pm . The best Burger King I’ve had in a long time everything was hot and fresh which never ever happens , the two ladies working were super nice and their costumer service voice was on point

If I could give no stars I would but it wouldn’t let me !Today I visited here and placed an order through the drive through around 2:15pm. Two nasty old lady’s running the drive thru microphone and cash register at the windows were taking their jobs a little to seriously to work at fast food . I had a coupon and I wasn’t able to use it at the window so they had my food ready but told me I needed to park my car and order via the mobile app and then come back around ….. I did that . After being all flustered I placed the order for the wrong location with the coupon I had. I got up to the microphone to let them know I had placed an order and they were laughing like a bunch of little school girls . I got up to the window and was told very nasty that they didn’t receive it so after all the trouble I said screw it and paid cash without the app and without my coupon after realizing I made a mistake because I was so flustered. They continued to laugh and be immature while waiting for the food to come to the window after sizing for 10 minutes in a bag after I was put through all that nonsense instead of them just adjusting my order to reflect the coupon . I was caught on a good day if I’m just writing a good for review because on a bad day , it wouldn’t be verbal expression ……. I’ve talked to corporate and corporate assure me that they don’t tolerate the behavior they demonstrated . Got my money back & icgaf about anything else. Thanks for the free meal ?

The lady had an attitude at the window ,was rushing us while we ordering ,gave me the wrong drink and gave a stank attitude when asked to pls make sure food was hot and fresh there was an onion ring in my fries im super iritated
