Food is okay but having a waiter not bring you the bill for a hour is ridiculous walked by me 10 times

Service was lacking. They forgot our appetizer and stated yeah people just grab from the window. Never got a refill on my drink. Overall bad experience. It was a Friday evening and was somewhat busy but not that bad.

I’m not usually one to complain, but almost EVERY time I come here recently between the service and my food being messed up I’ve decided to stop. Every time they mess up my food order and get something wrong or don’t even ring it in right. The service USED to be good but it has went downhill a lot. When I wait for over 20 minutes and still do not have my drink when the waitress has walked by multiple times and didn’t even stop at our table to check if anyone needed anything then I have a problem. I understand that restaurants get busy on the weekend and it can be stressful but when it’s not that busy and the service is that terrible I don’t really know what else to say.

Not impressed with dogs in the restaurant and worse yet at the table on a woman's lap. I absolutely understand service dogs, pets, no.

Clean, friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Our server anticipated our needs, was quick to make suggestions, and had a warm smile. The wonton tacos were crispy and fresh and the tomato basil soup was the perfect accompaniment for a cold, blustery Wednesday. Enjoyed our visit.

We went here for our tenth anniversary and my husband ordered a pasta dish with no bruschetta and it was delivered with it and they supposedly fixed it well they redelivered it with new pasta but used the same chicken thankfully my husband is not allergic to tomatoes because sure enough there was a few tomatoes in it not cool so be careful

Great everything. Only complaint is that the two glass doors in the entrance were filthy with food and greasy fingerprints. Truthfully it almost made me turn around and land.

Waited 30 min for appetizer and food appetizer never came out food came with no silverware had to ask was told it's in the dishwasher...... some advice have enough silverware to set each place kinda embarrassing to sit and watch everyone else eat

Applebees offering .50 chicken wings on tv . Im hungry i drive 26 miles to find out there is no .50 chicken wings. I told them i just seen the add on tv less than a hour ago. Then i brought it up on the internet. Manger said hes sorry but his franchise doest honor Applebees promotions. Thats false advertising and im not stopping . My next communication will be with the atourney generals office. I showed then 2 places where it is advertised and got told sorry nothing they can do. Well i was a retail manager for almost 30 years and know how it works. Im in the right and this will not be the end of this .

I ordered a medium rare steak at your establishment. It came out fully cooked, no pink at all, and tough as nails. I asked for another only to receive a steak with a massive bubble in it, completely cooked except for the center of the bubble, which was completely raw. Honestly, I'm the fool for thinking an Applebee's could cook a decent steak, but perhaps this might help you improve. Won't be returning. The waitress was amazing!
