Arby's in Geneseo is the only fast food restaurant I will eat at!! Always super pleased and impressed with the service - super friendly employees, the food is always hot and fresh and extremely CLEAN dining area!! Very happy customer!!!

I recently placed my first order (at this location) using the app and chose the pickup (inside at the "pickup" spot). I understand certain things are out of the specific locations hands (selling out of a dessert, app/site issue, wait time in line UNLESS there's a single cashier). I have a special needs son who is an extremely picky eater and currently he's hooked on Arby's curly fries. There was a minor mistake with our order but they went well beyond simply fixing it. Every employee was kind and wanted to make sure everything was correct (and hot). The location is brand new and spotlessly clean. I'm used to a different location (Rochester) where the experience is the opposite. I almost forgot to mention that the time from ordering on the app until ready was 6 minutes! It took us 10 mins to get there where we found everything was hot and ready.
Parking: There were plenty of spots open as well as two handicap spots. The only thing I can mention is it's a one way in and around to out. If you mess up you'll be fine since there more than enough room.
Kid-friendliness: I brought my non verbal autistic 8 year old son in (he loves to help dad) and he was so happy to sit at the super long high table. I had to explain our food was all ready to go and we were taking it home. No one (not employees nor customers) batted an eye and most laughed that he cared more about the long table.

Saturday August 10 I went through drive thru twice. First time I left, frustrated with the wait. Second time it took me 22 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. I saw them loose at least six customers while I was waiting. Very disappointed in the drive through service.
