If you are looking for a consistently good customer service experience at a fast food location you'll find it at the fairly new Arby's in Geneseo.Shout out to the shift manager (3/18 6pm) who was modeling exceptional leadership qualities that will definitely serve to help develop a top notch crew!Particularly of note was his genuinely kind, friendly and patient interactions with two regulars each representing an advanced age demographic. Also on our way out we heard him cheerfully correcting an error for a customer. Bravo!!We have only had good experiences with the entire staff and I was surprised I hadn't posted a review sooner, but I came looking to update a review with the extra positive feedback and found I hadn't posted initially!!It's fast food so I can only recommend visiting in moderation but when debating our options for a quick bite, this location will always rise to the top of the list!!

2 oz cheese cups are filled to .5 oz. Is it coming out their paycheck? Is it hard to FILL the cup? U had ONE JOB. This NY don't be shorting us on our sauces. You've brought great shame to the window food family.

Food and service are usually good but they are not on the app. I could understand when they first opened but it's been awhile now. I like Geneseo location better but why should I pay more than I do at Henrietta location when I live between the two.

Paid $40 for 3 combo meals, and the fat girl taking orders in the drive through would only provide two honey mustard sauces…FOR THREE MEALS! Arby’s should really reconsider making sauce packets part of their employee’s compensation package. They hoard those sauces harder than they have any right to. When asked for more sauce, the drive through girl informed the that two was all that she was allowed to hand out lmao. Food was actually decent, but doubt I will return. There are much better local options to grab food from that are comparably or lower priced

The mac n cheese bites are amazing. Probably HORRIBLE for ya, but amazing. The wagyu burgers are really good. The Buffalo chicken sandwich is excellent (crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside). Just all around impressive.
Had to wait for mozzarella sticks to be cooked & they still were frozen in the middle. Very unhappy!

Maybe this is getting picky, but it left me disappointed. I ordered a Big Game Burger. When the order was ready I asked for a little of the dark cherry sauce that was suppose to be on the burger. The girl behind the counter said sure and ask the person assembling the food. She was told they ran out of sauce so they just used Arby's sauce. The staff should of known that and told customers the food not prepared as advertised.I see a owners update, dated 2 October showing specials available only on the app, I am posting this on the 20th, and the app does not show the store.
