Cold food. Missing parts of the meal. Very very burnt bacon. No water or coffee refills. Only 1 waitress taking and delivering orders and also cashing people out.

Waitress changed our order with out telling us. We were told not to waste our time or money going here and they were right! Waitress was more concerned with talking about her gross facial piercings.

The food was good, our waitress was the sweetest older lady..I didn't catch her name but my 1 year old made quite the mess(baby led weaning is messy) and we told her we will totally clean up after him before we left and she absolutely insisted on taking care of it herself. She was a true gem. We tipped extra.On another note the bathrooms were gross.

They need to update there booths we sat in one that my son said was like a spring was going to poke him! My chicken tenders could have cooked a little longer. My husband's burger was so greasy he had to use a knife and fork to eat it. Then had to get home fast!

Dennys is & always will be the personification of the American diner. Sadly Dennys are closing everywhere. In my childhood I would not have to beg my grandparents to take me here for breakfast or lunch here. Grandpa always had his grand slam in the morning while grandma would sip away at her coffee & a stack of pancakes. Her sister would often join us so often the family politics would spill over the dining table into what would be "wet behind the ears" innocence of a kid growing up in the 90s with not too much to worry about. Now I have so many worries I can't keep up with everything & unfortunately grandpa & grandma are gone. But coming here was a soft gentle reminder of better times with less responsibility & less technology around. Service was excellent here and I really appreciated the special attention. My waitress was awesome we had brief discussion about photography & I recommended she model she was beautiful! Anyway! I find myself always amazed at the creative choices on the menu but went for the tried & true, the chicken tenders! I hope Dennys as a franchise recovers & I wish this Dennys especially this one the best successes. Stay open!

Me and my pregnant sister and her husband and there children went for dinner the waitress took are orders and came out and forgot to place my 5 year old nephew's food and then forgot to get my 10 year old nephew's drink and brought out my sister's sandwich that she had ordered, a cali club sandwich without ham and no avocado and it ended up being on the sandwich when we brought it to the manager she gave me attitude because my sister took half of the sandwich and picked it apart, so she could eat a little bit and the manager only took half her order off because she ate a little bit. We have been going here since we were kids with our parents and never ever had such terrible service like this before.

Ww camw on a sat afternoon. Place was quite. Food came out quick. Food was good. Bacon was nice and crispy!! Bathrooms were clean and smelled ok. The waitress was nice and on her A game. Kristen was taking all of the customers order by her self for a while and still brought our food out hot. She was great. We didn't have to wait long.

First I'd like to say the server we had was excellent she was very nice and very personable. The food on the other hand absolutely stunk. The amulet I had decent like it was me yesterday. And it was cold the home fries or shredded shredded home fries we're hiding the top where they branded the center was Snow White and cold. I did say something to my server and when I went to the register they did give me a discount a very little discount. They ask for the manager find out the manager the one that was doing the cooking this was the Denny's in geneseo New York

Food was ok, some of it was really greasy. Our waitress didn't wait on us in a timely manner, she finally came over to us after we were done eating to see if we needed more drinks. We did but 15 minutes prior. The place wasn't very clean, the tables were sticky. We will not be returning.
