The Boston Cremes were spectacular! Full of Bavarian creme, just like they're supposed to be. The staff was courteous, helpful and fast and the store was clean and ready for business. Definitely worth the trip! Thank you.

11/30/24 I normally enjoy the coffee here but on this day it was not that . Ordered three coffees totaling $19.35 . All three came out lukewarm at best . Sent it back to the unhappy girl at the window . Second time came out hot but they never put the flavoring into the coffees . I guess that was my punishment for complaining . Be careful of this Geneseo location as weekend staff are a problem . I plan to try Tim Hortons again .

I just had the worst customer service experience in my entire entire life today with this dunkin. We went thru the drive thru & told the person working the drive thru that we had a mobile order & she said “okay?” like in the rudest tone & i asked if i could make a seperate order & she mumbled “well that’s complicated to do things” like are you kidding me? It honestly made me laugh from how rude she was.

The slowest Dunkin in the area with the most unhappy staff. Sat in line for 10 minutes waiting on an iced cold brew I ordered ahead on the app that was watered down and no longer had any cold foam at the top.
