Never seem to get an order right!!! Ordered a large pumpkin spice ice coffee with cream was given with NO CREAM also ordered two orders of stuffed bagel minis COOKED EXTRA was given 1 order and NOT cooked extra Apparently you need to hire people that care and listen to orders Not that this review will do any good because they were sent an email about a month ago for a messed up order with zero response

Waited in the order line for 5 min with a vehicle infront of me. No one taking orders. Finally our orders are taken, get to the window and the lady as counting the entire drawer. Counting every penny nickel dime. 2 more vehicles behind me now. My drink sitting next to her. She doesn't even acknowledge me. After another 5min of waiting while all the other employees stand behind her looking at me, I had enough and left. So unprofessional and rude.

Honestly, I try not to be rude to service industry workers because of the fact their job is hard (dealing with customers and such), but this establishment doesn't even try to hide their miserable attitudes and genuine stupidity. I've worked down the street from this Dunkin for 3 months now and will go every day before work for a coffee or food. They have NOT ONCE gotten my order right. They're always rude, never tell you your total, and are overall awful with making and handling anything they hand out that window. If you really care about your Dunkin order, go another 2 or 3 minutes down the street. At least that Dunkin trains their employees correctly.

Usually I really enjoy this location, but when I pulled up to the window the woman was on her phone. No issue, but she got my order incorrect. Again, I wasnt terribly bothered about getting green tea instead of lemonade in my refresher. But then I looked at my bagel, which had the smallest amount of cream cheese you’ve ever seen.

I am blown away by how kind and attentive all of the employees are at this location. I mistakenly thought I ordered extra cold foam and I didn’t, but they still gave me more to make sure I was happy. The manager (I believe her name is Jen) is very nice. She and the rest of her staff made sure I was a happy customer.

Used to be a good location, but recently they've been breaking their espresso machine down upwards of 2 hours early, and have within the past month refused to charge my debit card over an hour before close. Very disappointed
Got a latte was all foam and 2 sips of coffee going to time Hortons because dunkins star barrista bonnie left and went to tim Hortons down the road . real fresh eggs there coffees cheaper and bonnie always brightened my morning theirs a grumpy unqualified staff at dunkin nowThank God for Tim hortons

Always the best Only complaint is that they run out of donuts at the donut shop........ Lol. They do offer pre order for donuts and they don't disappoint it just has to be before 1pm and I usually am not thinking donuts at 1pm.
