the KFC in Geneseo is probably the worst KFC to get your food. the food is good but the service is terrible. I waited over a hour to get my food. this is unacceptable. I wasn't the only person who had to wait there where others who where there before me and my after. once you placed your order and paid your bill they forgot about you.
FIX THE HOLES IN PARKING LOT AND ENTRANCE!!!
Just ordered a pot pie- get home and fine one carrot inside - no sauce- just dried up stuffing it looks like- nothing creamy like it used to be, such a disappointment as I usually like them😡
