Very disappointed waited 25 minutes in the drive thru to then have my order messed up. Ordered the famous bowl to only receive corn and mash potatoes. Ordered a side of fries they were cold soggy and didn’t even fill half the fry container 2 cars in front of me and one in the parking lot!!! A 25 minute Waite is beyond ridiculous.

Fries were severely soggy and disgusting when I pick them up fingers were all covered in grease they shouldn’t even be like that in the first place.And the chicken tenders are never fresh everytime I’ve gone I have never had a single bit a fresh food. 🥀🥀🥀

everytime i come to the KFC/Taco bell there always wearing gloves outside.. smoking and using there phone while wearing gloves and everytime they get a order they go back inside and use the same pair of gloves to make food.. this is not the only time its happened. the whole crew at KFC wears gloves outside and smokes with them. its very unsanitary and people can get sick. there food is good but the whole crew needs to learn how to change gloves and wash there hands! and the massive pot holes in the parking lot are ridiculous.

Food was disappointing. Not tender, as expected. 3 piece meal ended up being 2 pieces and a very small 3rd piece. They close at 10. Why were they putting chair on the tables at 9? Where's the green beans?

BUYER BEWARE ON YOUR PURCHASE. THE STORE HAS NO REFUND OR NO RETURN POLICY. On 3/23/2025 I order 8 pc chicken tender meal which came with 2 large sides. Cost was $34.47. I placed my order payed for the food with my credit card. The cashier told the cooks that they have an order for 8 pc chicken tender, cooks say we don’t have any chicken tenders because they forgot to take them out of the freezer. The shift manager said they don’t have any chicken tenders, I said OK just reimburse my credit card.NOPE WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS. WHAT??? WE DONT GIVE ANY REFUNDS. WOW WOW WOW. CALLED CORPORATE 3x in the past 10 days and still waiting to hear how I am going to get my 33.47money back. They offered me 25.00 gift card.Well that great give you $ 33.47 get NO FOOD AND YOU WANT TO GIVE only 25.00 dollars.Called the general manager of the store the next day and they also stated it was corporate policy to give no refund I kept asking the same question on why you don’t give refunds ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU DONT HAVE THE PRODUCT TO SELL. THEY KEPT STATING NO REFUND,ITS CORPORATE POLICY. I SAID IF YOU WENT TO WALMART AND PAID FOR A ITEM AND DIDNT RECEIVED THE ITEM YOU ARE GOING TO WANT YOUR MONEY BACK CORRECT!!!! ANSWER, WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS. I SAID THAT IS STEALING!!! Same answer WE DONT GIVE REFUNDS. WOW WOW! This is day 12 and still no reply from corporate about the issue. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! If they don’t have the product and you paid for it YOU ANT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK.

Normally we have good luck in there. But on 1/25 I ordered a spicy sandwich and got a small squirt of sauce. When I asked for a little more they smothered it in it which made it hard to eat. I think they were annoyed and did this on purpose. Staff was not friendly. Several customers had issues while we were there.

It’s typical fast food however I won’t be returning because of the ENORMOUS pot holes in the parking lot that could do SERIOUS damage to anyones automobile. I think that I will call the corporate office to see what they say. Honestly if you can’t afford the maintenance on the establishment then you probably shouldn’t own a business. It’s going to cause an accident on Lakeville Road during rush hour as someone attempts to enter the facility safely

Food is lowkey good but the service is lowkey terrible. I ordered my food at exactly 5.30PM on a Sunday, while it was a bit busy. I was with a friend group of 5 people, everyone got their order and they completely skipped over me. Also the food for my friends took and unusual amount of time to be served. “Fast food” restaurant my ass. I got the order 38 minutes later after they acknowledged that I didn’t get it.
