We came here for an open house and I thought it was a very nice dining hall. It is centrally located in an area where dorms are for on campus living. The close proximity is very nice for students especially with western NY's long, cold, snowy winters. I felt the seating was a bit limited but again, we were here for an open house so the extra foot traffic may not be a good representation of what the day to day seating demands are. Haven't been inside the building yet....9/10- UPDATE.....not terrible.. nice setting if you like the setup....me personally, not for me...don't like it... i like other dining hall better!! But, everyone's opinions are different....suit yourself!
Food is usually alright, but options can be limited and taste is sometimes more so. Aesthetically pleasing, but lacks seating space for large turnouts. Staff is usually great, always friendly. Overall there is room for improvement, but still decent.
