We love going to Strange Design and sitting at the bar. There is great artwork to look at all over and so many great beers to choose from. Had the chicken sandwich tonight and it was delicious! And Adam is always so friendly. We look forward to seeing him when we go.

The history and old school design of this building are reason enough to visit. Their beers are fantastic and the food is just as good, never been disappointed. Last night the bartender was Ryan who was very personable and friendly. She also had several good viewing suggestions and she should know I started Severance and that was a great call. Visit this place at once

Dinner last night Strange Design. Excellent food, drink and service. Had their wheat beer, tasty and crisp. Wings as appetizers were fat and flavorful. Was only going to have one but …We had their double battered chick sandwich, harvest salad with chick and one of their burger plates. Good atmosphere. Excellent service. Will be back.

Manager was an absolute JERK to staff in front of customers and ignored our for 15 minutes and wouldn’t seat us. Staff was super nice but very slow. It’s a nice place with decent food but management needs to be replaced!!!!!

I have been to strange design many times and ordered the same harvest salad … however tonight there happened to be a wedding party in the basement of the restaurant which we were told … we waited an hour for our food which we had to go up and say something, they brought our food …. The harvest salad has Brussel sprouts, Gorgonzola cheese, apples, cran raisins and onions …. I got a salad with uncooked hard brussel sprouts, lettuce onion and blue cheese, no cran raisins hard brussel sprouts and blue cheese !!!! Complained and the waitress took my salad back. ( she was very accommodating and this was not her fault) the salad came back and the brussel sprouts were removed … cran raisins added ….. blue cheese on the salad , no Gorgonzola cheese, no brussel sprouts , it was literally blue cheese, onions and cran raisins.. oh and apples on the side … not the salad on the menu at all!!! The waitress apologized etc. however they still charged me for the horrible salad which was thrown together and not at all the salad I ordered…. When you have customers who patronize your business more often than a wedding party and this is the service you get … not acceptable
This local brewery/restaurant is an awesome addition to the Genesee Valley. We had amazing beer and great food at this beautiful old building refurbished into a wonderful restaurant. We will back!

Had the meat and cheese platter and it was very good. We had a couple beers each and of a few different styles. Every one was a good representation of style wth more hops than usual.
