Didn't get food I ordered for delivery. Have been completely ignored by company after sending MULTIPLE emails and a BBB complaint.

I get the employees are doing their job, but no tap water because you’re out of water cups? I sound like a Karen, but water should be available to everybody. I shouldn’t be forced to buy a drink. Especially when there aren't any options I’d enjoy. What an atrocious company policy.

I am literally sitting outside of the door right now that is locked while the open sign is on it’s 821 they close at 10 I see my sub sitting in the pick up area inside but the doors are locked and I can’t get my sub and nobody’s answering the phone. This is ridiculous.

Guy was great and he had awesome music he showed me and I was happy with his work. I always switch up my sandwich bread and meat and he did my new sandwich with no problems. So I have No complaints this time.

I am a door dasher and when picking up an order for a customer I asked how long it was going to be so I could tell my customer. The manager started screaming at me that they have 15 min to make an order. When I told her to stop yelling at me that I was only asking how long it would be she yelled louder told me to get out of her store that I was rude and called the police! Huge over reaction to what started as a simple can you give me an estimate on how long before my order is ready questions. I would not have even asked if the 2 employees had not been talking to each other instead of preparing the order. There was no one else in the store so there was not a line or anything. I really think something else was going on and I was just the recipient of her bad mood

I much prefer this standalone Subway versus the one in Walmart. The employees are nicer and it's cleaner. I like the atmosphere and the size of the shop better as well.
This location is the worst location! I don't know what has happened but the people here don't know how to make any of the food and are kind of rude!

Would give 0 stars if I could. They refused to serve let alone acknowledge my husband likely due to wearing a blue line shirt. Left with no food. To the employee who refused to serve my husband, if you cannot learn to put your biases aside and wait on everyone who comes through the door then it's time to leave the customer service industry. I hope management sees this and addresses it with their staff.

I would give 0 stars as well if I could. The girl working behind the counter seemed more concerned with her 3 inch long eyelashes than making any food and the boy was totally useless. I placed an order at 12:05 which was to be ready for pickup at 12:25, I get there at 12:35 and it still wasn't even done until 12:55. Fast food? Yeah right! The girl working was incredibly obnoxious and SO HORRIBLY RUDE when I asked her why my order from nearly an hour earlier took so long to be filled she said the boy was useless right to him. Please fire her.

The 2 boys working (about 17 years old) came out of the back about 3 minutes after we came in and they were visibly high and had to be told several times what we wanted on our subs. Disappointed with the customer service.
