Subway #1966 in Geneseo.
Stopped stocking decaf pods for coffee.
This Subway is in a Walmart! Men wait for wives here and order lunch and coffee. Was told they no longer stock decaf. I questioned why and the manager said it was a franchise option. Really not a people person. Walked into Walmart bought a decaf pods for coffee. Was going to give them to her and was told we can not take them. Something about cross contamination! Still in the package watched me get them. Confused!
Nasty presentation for someone offering to solve an issue for free!

Service was very rude, very rude to pretty much everyone she waited on..Go later in day if you want decent service...Make sure Terri isnt working when you go there...Very sad ,we are the ones making her money and poor service isn't making that especially if customers walk out!!

Went to go order and the lady had a headphone in and was rude, rolling her eyes and making a face at my wife when she was trying to figure out what the kids were gonna eat. Immediately left after that, didn't even get the bread on the counter. Forgot why we don't come to this one as they are contently rude.

I ordered online twice. First time I ordered I wanted cookies and they had none, the staff present gave me dirty looks and acted like they didn't wanna be there whatsoever the whole time, did recieve refund for the cookies so I wasn't too upset. The second time I ordered an Auntie Anne's Pretzel which they said they haven't had in months, however it's still featured on their menu online. (Literally just disable it from online orders, it's not hard, other subways have things disabled as well so It's obviously an option.) I requested a refund and the employee said I'd have to do it online, (Also makes no sense cuz the time prior the employee said they could refund in store, I just had to get it in cash) which I've tried twice and just got the same response:
"Dear Avion Murch

So now I'm down $3 which some might say "It's just $3" and you're exactly right. If it's just $3 why can't a huge company like Subway refund me the $3 for my Auntie Anne's Pretzel that I never received. And thanks to that, I will not be ordering at another Subway forever, so that $3 that I never got back, lost you hundreds you had to gain. (Cuz I did enjoy Subway, the food was good and I ate there frequently when I served in the military)
So thank you Subway, I hope you enjoy losing a loyal customer over $3. :)

Absolutely disgusted. Made a large pickup order for several sandwiches. Couldn't make it in to pick these up so I rescheduled online for another day as well as called the store to confirm. Was told everything was fine. Called today 3/18 around 1:30pm and I was told being that I didn't pick the sandwiches up they were thrown away which was a lie. I have an aunt that works at this Walmart and was working yesterday and SAW an employee taking the sandwiches home. WOW! How desperate and pathetic are you that you'd take someone else's sandwiches that they paid for?
I'll call tomorrow and speak with management and if the issue is resolved I'll change my review but I doubt it will be resolved as the employee I spoke with today at subway was EXTREMELY rude and I doubt they'd be that way if management had any say in the matter.

They don’t have veggi patty no have any option for vegitrains
I was waiting at the register for 5 to 8 minutes. Sidney came from the back of the kitchen, walking out with an earbud in her ear and she was on her phone. I know Subway is not a 5 star restaurant, but give me a break. Then on top of it the warmer is broken. If I could give this a 0 rating I definitely would.

There’s a worker named Terri or something and she usually works in the mornings. She is really rude whenever I want to get a sub. I don’t like her attitude and her costumer service but all the other employees are super nice! So I would recommend not going to subway in the mornings maybe more towards the afternoon. Other than Terri, this subway is great!!
New menu is exciting. Fresh veggies, meats and cheese. My cousins had the flat bread...I'll have to try it next time. There 138 characters
Quick and easy in Walmart.

Not really a fan.
There's a lady named Terri that works there (usually mornings) and the way she goes about asking questions is rude. I had 2 subs made and she asks me "will you need more subs after this one?" . It wasn't asked nicely, more sarcasm and jokingly. But what gets me with her every time is when I get a breakfast sub, I like veggies on mine. She'll ask if you want salt, pepper or hot sauce. No! I want veggies on mine and once you say that, her response back is "oh you know this a breakfast sub, when some people order they forget that they're doing a breakfast one".Oh you're right, I forgot what time of day it was! Stupid me, no, I know what time of day it is and know what I'm putting on MY sub. I also know that she needs to go. She's rude.
Every time I have gotten a sub for our family, which is quite often, the bread is hard and way over cooked.
Great Subway location serving all the standards you'd expect at any Subway. In addition, parking is ample, and very close to the entryway. Staff is friendly and keeps things moving even when things get busy during the lunch hour.
