Got my Cantina Bowl and the chicken was dry and disgusting, call the store and they offer to replace it, go back to pick up my food, explain to the employee the situation (who appears to be absolutely clueless), she rings it up and the rest of my order and charges me for the bowl I was told I wouldn’t be charged for, after some waiting I was given a refund but after all the wasted time, I’m never going back to this location again

I usually get a bean burrito as a quick snack. It's never been more than $2.14 (after tax).. at any other taco bell. It was $3.12 (after tax) here, obviously because it's a kfc/taco bell restaurant. The burrito was good. The lady at the counter was nice. This place is just.. a ripoff.

Spent 8 dollars on a dorito taco and got this absolutely no meat absolutely would never go back to taco bell ever again absolutely ridiculous that these corporations can just steal money from the working class

I ordered a meal that came with four biscuits.. When me and the kids got home and looked for the biscuits. I had a box with one single drumstick in it.. No biscuits.

Ordered a 7 layer burrito and it didn’t have any guacamole on it (the best part). Also had small amounts of cheese (cross contamination) when I requested no cheese. And they charge substantially more than other Taco Bells. Adding black beans costs 80 cents here vs 30 cents on the app. They have opted out of the app/online orders.

Meh. Not the worst. Certainly not the best KFC I've had. The extra crispy was a little to soggy for me. Service was friendly. Too much up selling, though.
My daughter's and I were so impressed sitting inside eating watching them take the orders and almost immediately they were done. I've never seen service so fast and to top it off, it was correct! The lady at the counter had a great attitude and made sure the order was correct. Facility is very clean, we will be back.
