This one in genesseo is very slow and they always mess your order up, the messed mine up three times in a row, and just to get a coffee and a single doughnut took over 15 mins

Tim Hortons is a Canadian based fast food place. The food is good. A bit different menu with soups and sandwiches on wraps, flatbreads,Artisan rolls. Breakfast and lunch. My favorite. Is ham and swiss sandwich on a wrap. Also they have a large selection of fresh donuts, muffins, and drink. They are more popular in the way up North East side of US and of course Canada.

Came in the other day and the pregnant girl was incredibly rude to me and very disrespectful. However thanks to the guy with glasses who was making my food and came over and fixed everything and was very polite to me it made up for the other horrible experience

My experience at Tim Hortons was terrible for my first time going there I ordered a small Reese's cappuccino thing there was more whip cream than there was coffee My donut was still and hard and I was overcharged for the whole thing and then they forgot to give me my husband sandwich and when we got that that was cold

I tried to get the $6 Tim trio deal and the girl did not know she was doing told me it was $10 when the sign clearly says six and then she said I'm still getting a deal told her to cancel it and she still rings it up forgets the sandwich and then goes and hiding the back when I'm telling her you forgot something terrible customer service her employees was working harder than her when I finally got the food everything was not as it was described and I never go to Tim Hortons first time experience really bad

Got my last 2 orders wrong and charged me for stuff I ordered that I did not get. Called to ask about it and was just told “we will get it right next time” no offer of a refund for the stuff I was charged for that I didn’t get, nothing.

Fire the crew from the morning of 3/28/25. Messes up our order and then proceeded to argue about the order. The girl at the register doesn’t know how to handle pressure, guy making the food was disrespectful and doesn’t listen. Geneseo Tim Hortons is losing its ability to be seen as good anymore.

I went there today and ordered 2 coffees. I had cashier Amber and told her 4 times what I wanted. She messed my coffees up multiples times then had bad attitude when I asked her to fix it. She snatched them out of my hand and informed me I never told her what I wanted when I did. I did not appreciate the attitude when I know I told her what I wanted 4 times.

The food was awful. My bread was moldy and my tomatoes were soggy. Never will I eat here again . The bathroom were disgusting, the lobby was gross garbage cans were over flowing . 🤮🤮
