AVOID this place! I'll never go back. We just waited AN HOUR for a burger, chicken sandwich, and roast beef sandwich. There were 2 other tables in the whole place. Not once were we checked in on, sat with empty water and coffee cups for an entire hour until we finally threw cash on the table for the drinks and walked out. Which I normally wouldn't even think of, but there is no excuse for this combination of awful service and wait time. The server stood a few feet from us rolling silverware the whole time as if we weren't even there. Then we watched plates sit in the kitchen window for 10 minutes getting cold. You could see women in the kitchen with their long hair down, and the place was dirty. Don't even waste your time here. I'm disgusted.

The hot roast beef sandwich was amazing and the gravy was full of flavor unlike alot of other places the only thing that I had an issue with was the french fries were soggy and had no crunch but the sandwich filled me up so I didnt say anything. The other thing that needs improvement is the seats are beyond faded and worn out and the interior really needs to be remodeled

One star because there is nothing lesser.. We went in because we visited it around 2 years ago. Going in was a big mistake. The Place looked unkept. We should have left but we wanted to give it a chance. Asked for coffee, and when we added the milk it tasted like tea. We asked and they said that they were brewing tea in the coffee caraf and by mistake we got tea instead. Then we placed a simple order, grilled cheese and fries, turkey sandwich and fries. I was already feeling uncomfortable thinking, the table was so sticky, the floors look so dirty, so stuffy no air, heard people coughing in the kitchen, we were sitting next to it, and they kept repeating our order 3 times to the cook, with only a few clients,, no exaggeration 30mins later we said will take it to go let's pay. So we try to pay and the lady said it was on the house, we said ty very much. We left and discarded it the containers. Horrible experience, the health department should come unannounced.

2/5 stars for keeping the location for Geneseo Family Restaurant. This new Twin Family res have been absolute disappointment, the first time there me and my group waited for over 45 minutes for our food but the service was friendly, and the food was okay, however the second time visiting, the server's atttitude was noticeably negative and the food was sub-par. Very inconsistent service with subpar food

Place is falling apart and run down. Walked in to eat and felt like I was going to get kidnapped, it was so dark for being 10am. The sharpie hand written signs all over didn't help either. Turned right around after walking in, I'll spend my hard earned money on a place that takes care of their dining room. If the entrance looked like trash I don't want to know what condition the kitchen is in!!!!!

Rudely informed that this restaurant was closed at 6:45pm when the open sign was on, hours posted on the door said open til 8 and the sandwich board said open until 8pm. Won't take the chance again. Good luck when you turn away a minimum $100 cover with 20% tip an hour and 15 minutes before your posted closing time.

Stooped at another place for dinner. Seated quickly and music was loud and crowded. We left and came to Twins Family Restaurant. Service and food were excellent. Great menu too. Will be back soon.
