Wegmans has the best name brand foods, produce, subs, pharmacy, customer service AND they always have the latest Bills gear! Let's go Buffalo!

I have always loved Wegman's, but today I am so disappointed with the bakery dept..I purchased a apple crumb pie, the crust was raw. The apples were not cooked and the crumb topping was so thick and hard you couldn't eat it. They don't have the double crust apple pies anymore. It will be going back to the store tomorrow.???

I was shocked to hear about an incident at our local Wegmans today. Multiple people waiting in the meat dept. for them to replenish the packages of chicken, but when the employee brought it out one woman stepped in front of everyone else and proceeded to take every single package until her cart was filled and the chicken was gone. Another customer asked to please have a package or two and the obnoxious woman threw back racist rhetoric and made comments about having more money than the other woman- when the customer questioned the employee re: the sign indicating that there was a limit on the number of packages, he apologized but said he didn't get paid enough to do anything about it because the woman does it all the time. So this woman went through the self checkout with all of the packages of chicken, leaving the other customers standing there . Why put up signs limiting product if no one's going to enforce it?

I agree with Kelly that this is a great store with great staff. I live in the area and have been shopping there for 20 years. I recently read that Costco has changed their policy to require everyone over two years of age to wear either a facemask or a face shield, no exceptions! It is about time that Wegmans instituted the same policy. If people can't wear either a mask or face shield, than they should do online ordering with curbside pickup. Even though I shop on weekdays

We purchased 2 sub trays for my daughters birthday party. Normally they are very good. Today they forgot the lettuce and the tomatoes. The amount of meat o the subs was about half that they normally have. Must be cutting back. Very disappointing.

This place used to be phenomenal, but had gone way down hill in the past few months. Every single time I order for pick up something is messed up. They even repeat the order back and it still get messed up. I usually order a few subs once a week and I am done with that.

Wonderful delicious subs, love the food. Most employees are friendly. Knocked off 1 star because the lady making our subs this time named Christine was NOT friendly and seemed annoyed taking our order. She was UNPLEASANT!

Today as I left the store there was an employee very carefully sanitizing each register and its aisle contents! I thanked her because i haven't seen any other stores doing this, the staff here is always smiling and friendly and if you cant find what you need, they all go out of their way to find what your looking for! Thank you for making shopping a pleasure!

I love our Wegmans!!! The store mgr is always friendly and available. Miss Sally from the service desk is ALWAYS a pleasure to see. I am a little annoyed that stores can’t provide more things like bread & meat products but it’s currently the Coronavirus epidemic so everyone is doing their very best in the situation.
