The restaurant was dirty. Floors needed to be swept, very old dirt and crud under the booths.One bathroom stall was clogged with toilet paper, the other had a dirty diaper on the floor. Haven’t stopped at this Wendy’s in awhile, was very disappointed.
We ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was tough and just slapped together. when we asked for a refund the manager gave us an attitude and said Whatever and shut the window on us at the drive thru. your employees are a reflection of you Wendys. not impressed with Rob the evening manager at store 00007997 4158 lakeville rd new york.
