How do u seriously let an Uber driver steal my order πππππππ now I'm robbed of $22 and Uber is saying they can't do anything or refund me. I don't even understand how they got my food... And then more drivers proceed to get sent to Arby's as if my stuff never got picked up. I'm convinced you guys never made it. Wildest thing ever. Only in Geneva I swear.

Staff are polite and helpful. The roast beef is the lowest quality and the cheese on it was just liquid American cheese from a can. Roll was unpleasantly sweet. Curly fries are great tho.

Food was cold, waited in drive-thru for a long time with only one car in front of us, asked for sauce and was told it was already in the bag, there was no sauce what-so-ever in bag including marinara for mozz sticks, one of mozz sticks had no cheese in it. Worse Arbyβs weβve ever had!
Steering my car through the drive-thru at this Arby's was a breeze β quick, easy, and exactly what you want when a craving hits! And, as any true Arby's connoisseur (or even a casual fan) knows, those curly fries are a masterpiece. They're consistently delicious, and frankly, they never disappoint.
For me, stopping at Arby's is always a special treat. I opted for the BBQ Bacon Burger, and it was absolutely fantastic β a perfect blend of smoky, savory, and satisfying. Being from Korea, where this glorious establishment doesn't exist (sadly, a fact I lament often!), every visit feels like a pilgrimage. So, yes, you could say I was beyond satisfied. It's more than just a meal; it's a taste of something wonderfully elusive!
If you're in the Geneva area and appreciate a fantastic burger like the BBQ Bacon, along with those iconic curly fries, definitely swing by. You won't regret it!

I went and ordered 2 for 7 ham and cheese melts and 4 regular roast beef sandwiches. The regular roast beef had a fifth of what was supposed to be in it. Ham melts have 2 oz of ham and they were fine, probably because they're pretty portioned. The regular roast beef is supposed to have 3 oz of beef and we were lucky if they had an ounce in any of the 4 sandwiches we ordered. Just because you have to pull a car forward doesn't mean you rip off the next customer to save a few seconds of time. 20 bucks spent on rolls with a smidgen of beef at this location. Never have this issue in Auburn and Camillus Fairmount.
