The food is usually hot and amazing. Staff has always been incredible except one time when it was a really really awful experience with management at that: but it was rectified eventually to my favor and I seen the lady again yesterday who was pleasant after that

Their King's Hawaiian Fish sandwich during Lent every year is the best fat food fish around! (Sure wish it were available yearround!)
The food is good. I miss the roast beef and swiss market fresh sandwich. They will make it up on request but are missing one key ingredient which is the dressing it had on it. Inside of this Geneva location needs an update.
Service very slow. Very understaffed. Jamoka shake did not have any flavor. Tasted more like vanilla. Not the first time at this location.

I love Arby's, always have. Unfortunately, though, Arby's is one of a massive number of places that do NOT offer a military/veteran discount, even though their prices have hit laughably ridiculous levels!I ordered a large Chicken Bacon Swiss sandwich meal with strawberry lemonade, which cost $12.89! It's a matter of principle to me. It's not much, but it shows they care. It shows respect for the sacrifice many have made... If given an option, I now eat elsewhere because of the lack of a MILITARY DISCOUNT! I'd rather show appreciation and patronage to a company that does show us our sacrifice meant something. I eat at McDonalds right across the street in Geneva.
Tried the new fish sticks abs they were delicious. All the food was hot when we got it and didn't wait too long doing the drive thru.

This was by far the busiest Arby’s location I’ve experienced. Putting my order in ahead on the mobile app while in enroute was key. Skipped the long line and my food was ready by the time I walked in. The dining room was unkept many of the empty tables were still dirty.
