Chipotle light. Not much personality. Food was alright but not memorable. Meat not very succulent, out awhile. Corn tortillas not the best quality and didn’t get heated well enough or toasted. Would have rather gone to an authentic Mexican place in town.Dietary restrictions: Were communicative and looked up gluten for my Celiac. I’ll report back if I have any problems.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I have to give this restaurant a five stars! I’m here in Geneva on nurse travel assignment. I’mobsessed with chipotle and one of my coworkers told me about this restaurant. They say it’s the best in town and better than chipotle. I door dashed it in that second & I LOVED IT. it’s honestly better than chipotle! the chicken is so tender & the queso was so creamy and rich with a hint of spice. I wish I can bring them back home with me! Until then i’ll continue to order everytime ! :)

Their food is always fresh, seasoned well, and you definitely get your money's worth.The service is fast, assembly line style, and all of the people working are always cool and polite. This seems to be one of the only places I can think of lately that doesn't seem short-staffed, at least not during the weekday lunch rush.I've been happy with their burritos and tacos, but the rice bowl is what has my heart, and for under $15 (depending on toppings) the bowl feeds me for two meals.I hope Char remains a staple in Geneva for a long, long time.Parking: Located directly across from the post office, it can sometimes be difficult to find parking during busy times of the day.Kid-friendliness: All are welcomeWheelchair accessibility: The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and there are some marked spots for disability parking, but as someone who has loaded and unloaded individuals a wheelchair life a few thousand times, I wouldn't be super comfortable doing this on the street and would probably go to a safer lot and walk over.
I saw it got good reviews but I was not impressed. I got the pulled pork burrito and it was not drained well. It made the the whole burrito a soggy mess and it fell apart about a minute into it. And the pork really lacked any flavor.

My Favorite is Their burrito, I ordered Chicken with rice and black beans ,queso, peppers&onions, cheese lettuce & Chipotle ranch ..Delicious!!!They have a Good system which moves people along quickly!Not a huge Area for dining but there are a few large tables!

I have been SO excited to finally try some good steak burrito, because that's what I imagined everyday I walk past here at lunchtime. Always smelled AMAZING! BOMB smelling Mexican food! That aroma alone is what I'd have to say, made me crave one of their burritos, honestly. So I finally go, show up about a half hour before they close, and place was in full bloom still. Customers coming and going. Pickups, were cashed out, in and out very quickly, while new customers, like myself, were happily served by a very cheerful and polite employee. The chips and queso alone are my new thing. Love their queso... A must on burritos. Prices are fair and quantity is DEFINITELY worth it! I am one new regular customer!
