Had a wonderful meal with my husband for his birthday at The Deluxe. Special thanks to Steve who worked with me to add braciole as a special for the evening as it brought back fond memories for my husband. Tina, our waitress, was very friendly and personable. Grandparents grew up in Waterloo and lived in Penn Yan for many years. Dinner at The Deluxe always a highlight. Haven't been here in years....tasted like it did years ago. Bravo for keeping things the same. A must for dinner when in the area.
