We are disgusted by the new management’s tone of voice and ATTITUDE my elderly mother, who has been a loyal customer for years, was unable to use her regular coupon over the phone. It was frustrating and aggravating as she’s an 90 Y/O women who don’t know much about technology so she likes to call in and be personable with the staff who for the past 2-3 years has been absolutely amazing to her and always taken care of her over the phone until recently she called and the new manager gave her the worst most crude attitude about calling in to order instead of using the online system. Is that not his job to answer the phone and take her order if she didint decide to order online? Which my mother does not really know how to use the computer/phone to do thing such as that she’s old school and figured they would take care of her as always.

Count your days....this was the saddest pizza I've ever eaten! This was a large sausage hand tossed pizza. I can't even imagine if it were thin crust

I ordered cheesy bread and another pizza that were equally as disappointing. The stuffed bread was almost completely empty and the other pizza was paper thin, inedible.

I come from ithaca. Home of the worst dominoes. This one gave me my dominoes back. Love the wings 2times. ALSO THE STAFF the staff is awesome. Some of the best customer service around and I look forward to every time I stop in! Good vibes seriously the customers service there is on point. COME TO DOMINOES!!!

We were on our way to Watkins from Niagara. Decided to get a pizza at this location and to our surprise, this small Domino's is good. Then even have a counter where kids can watch dough being rolled. The pizza was good and the lady was awesome

Ordered here on June 4th got the garden salad my husband gets home I go to open it and get this god awful smell look at the date and it’s expired he takes it back and not one apology from any of the workers. They seemed more pissed because they had to trade out the salad.

I would like to give a shout-out on there customer service today! I brought my family in to use the bathroom and they decided to use the water fountain and make a mess and the Lord told me to give a tip but I had no money, only a debit card and there customer service was over and beyond I wish I knew the names of the employees working today but God knows all things and I know in my heart he will bless them
By far the cleanest Domino's around. Food is great, people are friendly and they're quick to fix any errors/dissatisfaction in a timely manner.

Every time I order something from here at night, my order pretty much is always wrong. Tonight, the delivery driver forgot my salad dressing twice and also brought me someone else's order. The guy I spoke with on phone was such a great help. He went out of his way to make my pizza correctly and he was super polite. His name is Julius. Very professional and made sure everything was properly taken care of. Thank you Julius!!!🙂💪🏾 So, I'm giving this place a 3 star. Gotta hire people that actually have a passion for what they do. I'll give Julius 5 stars for his professionalism, politeness and overall service.👌🏾
