Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. I have rarely been satisfied with ordering here. Today and the last time I went have to have been the worst employee interactions I’ve ever experienced. When given my food I was told “here’s your damn food”, today I was insulted because I was checking my order, the lady asked me why I was checking my order and rudely told me to just look at the order tag. My order was wrong and I didn’t find out until I got home because I was being scolded for checking. Wrong sandwich wrong coffee, snack and bacon was good. I am always pleasant when order food anywhere because it’s respectful to show respect and because I don’t want spit in my food. I’d drive to Canandaigua for Dunkin next time, I’d still get my food faster anyways, expect a 15-35 minute wait at the Geneva Dunkin.

Dunkin is always good, and this trip was for a Box of Joe & Box of Munchkins. First time at this location and was surprised at how busy it was, both inside & at the drive-thru. Of course the staff at Dunkin handled it all, even with a smaller selection of donut holes to work with.

This has to be the slowest Dunkin on the planet. If you are in a hurry do not come to this location. You will be here in line for at least 20 minutes maybe a half an hour. Management here really needs to figure out how they can actually have faster service.

Waiting over 40 minutes in the drive through and haven't even made it to the voice box yet. Im still 7 cars from it!!!! This is ridiculous. If i didnt pre-order i would be gone. The same truck has been sitting at the voice box the entire time, I don't think they've spoke to the guy yet. I'll keep updating this review too.. its not like there is anything else to do.
47 minutes-same guy still at drive through voice box, dude keeps trying to get their attention. I'm now the 6th car, one left the line.
53 minutes- now im invested. Truck dude got fed up and moved to the window. Now the car behind him is waiting. Im now 5th car from voice box.
54 minutes- one more left the line in front of me. 4th car from voice box.
1 hour 1 minute- first time I've heard anything from the voice box this whole time
1 hour 3 minutes- I'm 3rd in line now.
1 hour 8 minutes- finally made it to voice box
Is it lack of staff? Lack of training? Serious change needs to come to this location. Where's corporate?

I have been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. The car at the window has been sitting there for more than 10. Who the hell is running this place?
I got in the drive-thru line 55 minutes ago behind 7 other cars, and I just left the window. It's not the workers - as I sat at the window for over 15 minutes I watched them running around - they're doing all that they can, but shame on whomever owns the place for letting it become so disorganized and chaotic.

One of the best Dunkins I've been to. I always go through the drive thru and it moves quickly, even if there is a line. My food is always made correctly and the employees are very kind and friendly! I've also noticed that the food is less greasy than some other Dunkins I've been to, which is a plus. I used to work at a Dunkin and from what I can tell this one is really well run! I love going here.

This is consistently the most dysfunctional Dunkin I have ever been to. Today, I ordered a simple breakfast sandwich and hashbrowns. I waited over thirty minutes, watching the gentleman on food making food completely out of order, throwing out food, and prioritizing mobile orders over the people that had been standing inside for 30 minutes. Eventually I asked for a refund, and was given the incorrect amount without even a hint of apology for the wait and bad service. I don’t know where the manager is (they never are there) but they need to either fix their store or leave the company. Absolutely unacceptable, and again no one was the least bit apologetic.

this is the worst dunkin ever! waited in the lobby for over 30 min for a bagel that takes 3 min to cook. but don't think the drive through will save you time bc it takes just as long if not longer. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A FAST FOOD CHAIN AS IT IS ANYTHING BUT FAST.
