Just a wonderful coffee spot in downtown Geneva! Great coffee, great food, great staff! Josh is the consumate welcoming host! Had a great conversation with him as we were getting our coffee this morning on our way home after spending the weekend at Geneca for a wedding.

The only thing that could improve this coffee shop is if they were open later. 24/7 would be nice. If not that then maybe they could just relocate to my living room. Sadly, only got the chance to visit Grounded once in the 5 day vacation my sister and I spent visiting our hometown of Geneva. Had a couple of the seasonal specials and a couple of savory goat cheese danishes that were all amazing. We walked in with only 10 minutes before they closed and they greeted us bright and warm as if we were the first customers of the day. We definitely used a good portion of those ten minutes trying to limit our selection to just two drinks, because I don't think I would have been disappointed with anything off their menu. The room is rustic and welcoming and seems like a place you can spend any time of the day, any day of the year. I can imagine it as a pub in the past, with tons of history behind every dark floorboard warmed by the afternoon sun through the south-facing windows. We went to several coffee shops this past week and this one and one in Syracuse were the two that genuinely left an impression, all the rest were either forgettable or bland. I hope these guys stick around for some years to come because it's hard to find a really decent coffee shop even in a collage town these days. (no doubt thanks to that green siren and her overpriced and underwhelming sugarbombs.) So, remember that friends don't let friends drink corporate coffee. Go to Grounded. You'll be happy you did.

Breakfast bagel was great, strawberry Danish was insane. Coffee was on the sweeter side, but super flavorful. Outdoor seating was a vibe. Inside seating can feel a bit congested.

In Geneva on a short FLX vacation. Stopped in before walking the shoreline path and got a latte. One of the best I ever had. Friendly service too! Highly recommended if passing through Geneva.

Came to Geneva for a quick weekend trip and grabbed our typical drinks - caramel latte and shaken espresso. We can’t stop thinking about how good they were weeks later and wish we weren’t a 5 hour road trip away!
I love going to the Cafe in the mornings before work. The staff always greets me with a happy friendly face and most of them know my order by heart. I always have received AMAZING customer service and their lattes are the BEST in town. I love to sit on the patio when it’s nice out. It has the best vibes. My service was fine. I ordered a black iced tea. The tea came out od dispenser. When we were driving home I said somthing smells and I think it's comming from my drink. I took the lid off and it was definitely spoiled. I'm just hoping I don't get sick. Iced tea has to be refrigerated or bacteria and mold grows.
