I recently had the pleasure of being served by Eathan at KFC, and I have to say, his customer service was outstanding! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. He greeted me with a warm smile, took my order efficiently, and made sure everything was exactly right.
What stood out the most was his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Despite a busy rush, he remained patient and handled everything with ease. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customers having a great experience.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. After looking at these reviews, I don’t know how this place stays in business. You have to wait for anyone to acknowledge you standing there. This is the first time they have gotten my order right but I had to get my own condiments and silverware so.. the chicken was so incredibly greasy and it smelled and tasted of old, rancid oil. Every single table was filthy. The containers were just slopped into my bag with grease all over them. What is the point of saying anything to the employees when the food is coming out like this and the restaurant is so dirty? I only took a couple of bites of the chicken and I can’t get that old oil taste out of my mouth. I am not even going to give this chicken to my dog.

Dirty dining area and restrooms. Dirty tables that looked as if they had not been wiped clean since the previous month. Servers looked uninterested and like they had better places to be. At one point they all disappeared into the back of the kitchen and there was nobody minding the front counter. The place was not busy at all during this Sunday afternoon and the workers could have used this down time to come out and clean the tables and dining room but they were too busy playing hide and seek in the back.

Worst KFC. I was standing alone whit no more costumes waiting. There were two female employees taking each other. They looked at me standing waiting for service but just ignored me. I really don’t get it. After10 minutes I decided to leave the place really confused

Don’t go - Totally dried up chicken! except of corn, no vegetable options, for the Five pieces meal, we got one small, tiny dish of corn. The veggie burritos bag was dirty, the bag that everything was packed in, was dirty. Cramped napkins!
Midday the service isn't terrible but any other time and it's horrible. Food takes forever and they're just rude. I've waited 20 minutes for the drive through, the worst

Everytime I go here my food takes forever to get. My chicken is always burnt. They never give me either sports or napkins. The reciet machine is never working and once i know I was charged for something I never got but like I said reciet machine is never working in the drive thru to proove it.
