Excellent outdoor ice cream shop. Great service . I rarely eat ice cream and the kiddie scoop peanut butter bowl waa generous and delicious. However it made me think of fasting for the next couple of days before I could eat anything. Happily a couple of miles of walking on the promenade worked off a bit of the ice cream ?

It’s always fun to get ice cream! This place is right next to the water and also has a lovely little play ground.
There are limited ice cream options which I think is actually a good thing.
This spot does seem ideal for families, as much of Geneva seems to be.

I am a bit picky with ice cream and I always appreciate pleasant customer service.

The ice cream was not bad. A little soft and just a bit too sweet for me.
And, unfortunately, the girl at the front counter didn’t seem all that enthusiastic we were there. She wasn’t rude or unhelpful, just didn’t really seem to care we were there.

This is a sweet little spot for many reasons and I could see us stopping in again with our kids.

Stopped by for puppy sundaes after dinner, and to our disappointment, were given a very tiny cup of soft serve with three training size milk bones FOR $4.25!! It was no more than a 1/3 cup of ice cream. The server was rude and shrugged her shoulders when we were shocked at the size of the overpriced, undersized puppy sundae. Your dog deserves better!

Really appreciate the generous LARGE ice cream portions - you absolutely get your money’s worth - but it was more than I had bargained for! I ordered cookie dough on a cone and wasn’t expecting two large scoops on a small cone, and a previous version of me would have happily eaten it with no qualms, but it was too much for me today sadly :( The ice cream tasted fantastic and the hot dog was equally as good, if not better (a must get if you’re not from the area!) so it was no fault of the business. Just make sure you come hungry if you order ice cream!

Mary Anne noticed me throwing the majority of my ice cream away because I couldn’t finish it and - completely unnecessarily but SINCERELY APPRECIATED - she immediately asked if there was anything wrong and offered so many options to rectify an issue that, in my opinion, simply didn’t exist. I did eventually take them up on their offer for another hot dog, and Mary Anne also gave me a punch card for a free ice cream that was already punched so I could come back and grab a (more appropriately sized “kiddy cone”) the next time I visit.

They do so many things right over here and customer service is at the top of that list - rest assured you will absolutely leave satisfied! Thank you all again!

I was up in Geneva recently and my daughter and I just had to try Long Pier's wine slushie. It was absolutely refreshing and delicious! The staff behind the counter were very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Long Pier for a unique and cool refreshment. My only regret is that I didn't get to try their wine ice cream!

My favorite place to be honest I have tried many ice cream in my day, my wife and I like to try different ice cream wherever we go, and nothing compares to their custard ice cream. Staff is very kind. Pretty view but again great customer service I think

A combo meal should come out as a combo not first the hot dog then five mins later the Pepsi then the Mac salad . 3 trips to the counter for one meal.

First time here. Line got pretty long but the girls working stepped up, communicating everything and got the line down quick enough while serving everything correctly. I had ice cream nachos (very filling) and bf had something peanut butter. Both liked

Nice area to take a stroll and have dessert

Fun little pier area to walk out and take some beautiful picturesque views in. There is a playground and restrooms. The concession stand sells drinks, hot dogs, and ice cream. The best deal is their flight of four small scoops to try 4 flavors for $6. They have a vegan soft serve. Ice cream flavors change daily. They have both hard and soft serve ice cream. A kiddie size is 1 scoop and is $4. The twist cone is $5. There are tables with umbrella and benches nearby.
