McDonald’s here is absolutely slow, more of the workers that look like teens tend to goof around more than serving their costumers that had spent their time patiently trying to get their food.

Orders placed on the app take unreasonably long. Order was placed for 1 hot plain black coffee and when I arrived I needed to wait 15 minutes! The Canandaigua location has no issues. I won't be ordering from the Geneva location again.

I ordered breakfast through the app at 10:17 am. The drive thru moved so slowly and didn’t get to the window until 10:31. I was refused my breakfast order because it was after 10:30. The manager was called and she also refused my breakfast order that was put in at 10:17.

We went in and saw people struggling with the ordering kiosks, so I asked if we could order at tge counter. The young woman took our order right away and we got our food before others completed their kiosk orders and before the people who were there when we came in, but had used the kiosks and were waiting at a table with a number card. Invest in people, not machines!

This is the wost Mc Donald’s that has to exist on the planet. 30 minute wait in the drive through for two drinks when the line was not long. Another time I went in for my nephew and it was close to the same time. Fry person not wearing hair net or gloves. Sent corporate email, they are a joke. What on earth are you people doing back there? Get it together. The food is garbage and it’s infuriating. Then to try to serve melted drinks after the 30 minute wait in the drive through. No just stop. You need an intervention
