Don't judge a book by it's cover. What Phoenix Flavor doesn't deliver on atmosphere, it more than makes up for in flavor. My family tried three different dishes; beef stew, baked chicken, and oxtail. All were delicious. I don't typically order chicken out, but I bought some for my small children. I don't know how they packed so much flavor into it. It's still on my mind. The empanadas were hot, huge, and fresh. My ENTIRE family enjoyed, including the toddler. Everyone in the restaurant was welcoming and kind. Thanks for the great experience.

Generous portions, everything is delicious, kind staff, and the place is SPOTLESS. Highly recommend. Empanadas are huge! I like the pollo and cheese empanadas, the grande plate with Cuban rice, chicken and beef. My new favorite staple in Geneva
Every item on the menu is delish. Zero disappointment. Friendly staff; the prices are fair and the portions are decent. Soooo good!

It’s a treat to have Puerto Rican food somewhere in upstate New York. My only difficulty was not being able to order the smaller portion of mofongo for $8 from the online menu and being told the $18 meal was my only option. The natural juice was also good
