Don't judge a book by it's cover. What Phoenix Flavor doesn't deliver on atmosphere, it more than makes up for in flavor. My family tried three different dishes; beef stew, baked chicken, and oxtail. Generous portions, everything is delicious, kind staff, and the place is SPOTLESS. Highly recommend. Empanadas are huge!

It’s a treat to have Puerto Rican food somewhere in upstate New York. My only difficulty was not being able to order the smaller portion of mofongo for $8 from the online menu and being told the $18 meal was my only option. The natural juice was also good
