Food was wonderful! I had the fried chicken and it was done to perfection. My friend got the pulled pork and it was scrumptious.
We were very impressed with the staff, they were so friendly and considerate. The owner chatted with us for a bit also. We will be back.

Great southern style entrées, and sides! Being from the south, I was very excited to see fried okra and collard greens on the menu! The fried chicken and banana pudding were also excellent!
Geneva doesn’t have a ton going on, and without a car it can be tough to get around but Redman’s is absolutely worth the walk! Owner Redman goes above and beyond, greeting regulars by name and showing real love for his community. Come hungry, and whatever you do, don’t skip the collard greens!

Took ride from Syracuse to soulful soul joint. Redman's Chicken &Ribs ran by Redman and wife Kelly for past 15yrs. Fried chicken was spot on and side portions plentiful. Cheesy mac and cheese,amazing greens and corn bread muffins delicious. Jazz music and football going on in the recently renovated dining area. Soul Food joint that's good for the Soul.
Stopped for a late lunch, I just googled ribs near Geneva, we found Redman's Chicken and Ribs. Met some sweet people who cooked some good fried haddock, collard greens, cornbread, and a half rack of ribs. The food was great, good service, we had dinner for later as it was soo much food. We will come again whenever we come back to Geneva. Thanks again we had fun.

Phenomenal food and service! Redmans serves true soul food, that is not only delicious, but you can tell it's cooked with love. We tried a little of everything, fried chicken, catfish, collard greens, Mac n cheese, fried okra, cornbread, and desserts to die for. We will most definitely be back. 😋

I just went today for lunch and it was absolutely amazing. I am from the south so you don’t see many good bbq and rib places up here and this was by far the best bbq I’ve had. It was super flavorful and absolutely delicious. The potato salad and sweet potato pie were phenomenal as well.
