Planning from out of town can be stressful, but their team was incredibly responsive and accommodating, from emails to Zoom calls, they made the whole process smooth and easy. We shared inspiration photos of what we were hoping for, and they somehow made it even better than we imagined. Every detail was beautifully done, and the final result was absolutely stunning. And the desserts? Phenomenal. Guests are still talking about how delicious everything was, from the cake to the dessert table, it was all top-tier. Highly recommend Simple Sweets Bakery for any special occasion. Professional, talented, and an absolute joy to work with!

Simple Sweets provided the cakes and dessert for our June 2025 wedding in Valois, NY. We could not have been more pleased with the process from tasting to ordering. We are in NJ and 5 hours away, but the shipping of the tasting (and the quantity available) was amazing and put us at ease. We were recommended to have to-go boxes for our guests as we ordered A LOT (cutting cake for us, 1/2 sheet for guests and many cookies and macarons). We have very few leftovers - it was that good! Communication with Rossana was easy and we had no issues with delivery.

I have been going to Simple Sweets Bakery ever since the old location.The treats have never disappointed and even the coffee is delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well. I tried a cronut for the first time today and already can't wait for another one. The cupcakes and cheesecakes are a long time favorite.

Disappointed. I like supporting small businesses but this one was a hard pass. Who goes to a bakery and doesn't even get an option to get nice coffee with the bake goods. It wasn't offered. Like the owner couldn't be bothered to make fresh batch. Too bad we would have bought some baked goods. But. It without coffee to pair it with. Sorry can't recommend
