As a BBQ place this was pretty good. Food was tasty portion sizes were a little small. I spent 45 dollars for two dinners and no alcohol. This is a self serve joint where you order as you walk in, open seating and you pick up the food when the pager goes off. I had the brisket and ribs. I've had BBQ all over the country and this wasn't bad. The ribs were good but the serving size was a bit small at 2 ribs. The brisket was unremarkable but good. They do have a wild bourbon selection which may be interesting to try. Would probably go back but would not make a special trip to do that.

The food at Smokin’ Pete’s was fantastic! We came right at dinner time, around 5:30, and the line was long. We waited about 15 minutes to order. After we ordered, we got a table right away. The place was packed but it was a nice night so there were tables inside and tables outside around fire pits and fire tables. The ambience was awesome. Their tap list was great too. I always appreciate a tap list with local beers. Sauces and drinks were self serve so we were able to wash down the spicy sauce with as much soda as possible. It wasn’t cheap but prices were average for barbecued meats. We will definitely return!

Best BBQ in NY!!! But go early, occasionally they sell out of your favorite items... although not to worry everything is amazing from the food to the staff!! Highly recommended!!! I cant go to Geneva without stopping by!!!
Brisket had a beautiful smoke ring, was fork tender and juicy, ribs were meaty, juicy, and packed with flavor. I have had a lot of bbq, this was literally the best bbq I have ever eaten in my life. Great job!

Excellent bbq. I had the 2 meat platter-turkey and ribs with there garlick parm salt potatos, broccoli salad and the meal comes with an excellently made corn bread that has a tastey butter. Service and atmosphere, well its a bar!

This place was so busy!!! Because they are great! It was a cattle shoot waiting to place an order. There were 12 of us sitting outside on a beautiful day in September. Find your seat, wait for the buzzer, pick up your food at the kitchen, don't forget there's sauces, etc. to the left of the kitchen widow. Go to the bar for your drinks. No table service outside. Not sure about inside. The food was very generously portioned. Looking forward to going again!
