Tater tots were very tasty! The smash burger did not hit the mark. It was really a regular burger, rather thick and not seared/caramelized. The burger was also over-seasoned with Worchestershire sauce.
This is some of the best BBQ I have had in a long time. We got the American Dream because we wanted to try a little bit of everything, and have leftovers. The ribs were tender with a beautiful smoke ring. The brisket melted in your mouth and the chicken fell off the bone. The meat was so good that it didn't even need any extra sauce, although we did try all the sauces and they were delicious as well. The coleslaw was tangy and crunchy, and the mac salad has the perfect amount...
