Place was not clean every table was a mess. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. My order was not correct but we were in a hurry and could not wait another 5 minutes for them to remake the food.

Waited for over ten minutes in the lobby at 1pm I was ignored by all employees non even said they would take my order in a moment. Absolutely nothing Then I asked the window attendant if anyone was working the front counter. All he said is how short handed they were but never said he would help. I asked for a manager, come to find out she was the person who totally ignored me as a customer. Multiple people walked out never placing an order. This location will shut down soon if this is how they treat customers. I went down the street to another restaurant.

Got a crunch wrap was hot crunchy not soft and very good and I also got three empanadas which were hot fresh out of the fryer. Staff were nice to me and respectful place. Looked neat.

The food is what was expected from a Taco Bell/KFC and no complaints there. The food was sloppily thrown together but it tasted just fine regardless of how messy the dishes were in the bags.
There are two primary issues: The first is that it was 7:30pm and the doors were locked. No sign, nothing. Not a soul to be seen and nothing letting us know the drive through was open. We gave the drive through a shot and it was open.
Second item, when we got to the window the state of anything in site was unappealing. The machines were filthy and gave us pause to following through on our order but we were not getting anything from the pop machine or other areas that were less than appealing to think of food touching.
The gentleman who served us was kind and gave us our food, took our payment and we went on our way. The order was what we had expected and no issues there.

i’ve noticed that every time i go to this kfc/ taco bell that something seems off about my total. they don’t give it to you at the speaker and you have to ask for a receipt. a few times i’ve wondered how my total came to an even number so i got a receipt and they had rounded up my total for the kfc foundation without my consent. today i went and i heard the lady say through the speaker (before she turned the mic on the headset off) “add a dollar”. they did not ask me if i wanted to donate at all. i get to the window and i ask for my receipt and sure enough, there’s a $1 donation on there that they put without my consent. they are stealing people’s money.
