Was very disappointed. Nice atmosphere & very nice staff. We ordered the truffle chips which did not have a truffle flavor, mashed potatoes were dry & clearly instant. My friends' steaks were fatty & gray.

My husband and I went here on Friday. We both ordered a special - Chicken Oscar. The chicken was a deep fried chicken patty, the crab meat was bland with no flavor, the asparagus was cold and the hollandaise sauce was plain and had no flavor. We were thoroughly disappointed.

Visited early on a Friday for a birthday dinner. Very pleasant and attentive server gave us our pick of tables in the newer part of the building and even though they had just opened, appetizers and bread were very quick to arrive. I was worried at first because my wife ordered a shrimp pasta dish that came out a little bland and a touch overcooked. Our server apologized profusely and said it was a fairly new person in the kitchen. No problem though as it went back without a blink from the staff and a perfect steak came out to replace it in a matter of minutes. Truly good service means fixing any mistakes pleasantly and professionally and that's exactly what happened. What could have been an unpleasant experience somewhere else that would have ruined our celebration didn't occur and our evening was very relaxed and pleasant. My steak was incredible and the replacement for the pasta was also a 5 star. Other than the hiccup with the pasta, everything was very, very good. On top of it all, a slice of warm chocolate cake arrived with a birthday candle and no charge because of the entrée exchange! We were very pleased with everything and would certainly recommend it to our friends!

Went here after walking out of another restaurant. So glad we did..... Both of us had veal parmesan and was Excellent.. Server Emily was fantastic.. Cozy atmosphere.. we will return on next visit to region...

Food was very good, great selection on the menu. Great presentation and good taste. Seem very short staff, some people took 20-30 minutes to get a drink. Our waitress seem very nice but she also said disappeared had a family emergency and no one came to help us very long wait time. Would not go back because of the poor service and poor staff to assist. The young lady server that stepped in when ours departed quickly did a great job and trying to recover.

Nice place. The tables were spread out a bit so you didn't feel really crowded. Servers were friendly and helpful. Food was really good. I got the pork chop and it was probably the best pork chop I have ever had. Reservations are highly recommended. The menu had a good variety. Portions are pretty big. Prices are a little high, but worth the money.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp going in, I saw an elderly lady with walker and another person in wheelchair with no issues.

We had to wait over 45 minutes to get the drinks we ordered and over 2 hours to get the food. We had a group of 14 and had made reservations. The restaurant was not busy at all. I realize that restaurants are short staffed but really… waiting 45 min for the drink order was ridiculous plus waiting for the food ! Our reservation was for 6 and our dinner finally came at 8:35. My $30 shrimp dinner had a total of 4 shrimp. PLUS since it was a group we paid a 20% gratuity that was automatically tacked on. My advice to this restaurant is to be up front and honest and tell the customer you can’t handle that many OR Bring drinks right away and provide some baskets of French fries in the meantime (yes, my husband and I would have definitely left but we were with a group and didn’t want to make a scene.

Pleasant restaurant with good food, but do not go there without reservations. In the past three weeks, I took friends there for dinner twice. Both times the restaurant was closed for a private party. I have never had to make a reservation at this restaurant in the many years I have patronized it and, unfortunately, did not do so. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our large group and everyone seemed to have a good time. I had a blueberry mule, but it wasn't as flavorful as I was hoping. Also, my carbonara tasted more like fettuccine than a carbonara. I'm not a big fan of fettuccine so I didn't enjoy it. I would probably go back if I was in the area, but I would order something else.

We ate here twice during our vacation to Geneva. The carbonara was excellent, as was the pompadour and the shrimp scampi. Wine list is adequate. Service was efficient. Prices were reasonable. This is among the best Italian restaurants I've patronized. We were seated in a large open space, not the house, and it was a bit noisy, but not so much that we could not communicate. I highly recommend it.
