Would not recommend. When we first walked in no one greeted us. The ordering system was a little confusing. We sat on the back patio and while we were there a plumbing or septic truck came to clean out full septic tanks. The smell was terrible and we had to move all the way down rhe patio just to not smell it plus the truck was loud. They brought us out a cheese board with no serving plates or knives (the cheese was served to us in blocks not slices). The wine wasn't that good and the flights were pre-chosen so it wasn't much of an experience. Would not go again.

Waa here for a business dinner. It was catered by the restaurant and it was open bar for us. The food was good, except the cheesecake. I've never had salty tasting cheesecake, I didn't care for it. I don't believe it was made that way, so sloppy cutting? The dishes I had was pasta with red sauce, stuffed chicken, and mashed potatoes, all delicious.. Veggies were available, but I didn't care for them. They were too blah. I doubt I'll ever eat there again, but only because it was a business dinner. I just don't think I'll get to Geneva again.

It's a great experience everytime I visit. Staff is friendly and the food is delicious. They also have a huge selection of wines and the view of the lake is beautiful.

We enjoyed our visit to this winery. The lady at the tasting bar was so personable and hospitable. We were hoping to visit for dinner, but we called ahead and learned that their pizza dough contained dairy. We still visited for their Monday and Tuesday Sunset & Wine special ($5.50 cash price for select bottles of wine). We sat outside, listened to music, enjoyed a bottle of wine, and watched the sun fade towards the lake. We had a very nice time, and yes, the pizza looked great even though we could not order it.

We hosted our 1980 Geneva High school and DeSales High school class reunion at Ventosa last night. What a great time! All the staff was amazing and Phyliss and Patty couldn’t have been more helpful. The food was very good and you just can’t beat that view!

One of the highlights is being able to enjoy their wines while taking in the beautiful scenery. The vineyard provides a fantastic backdrop for a relaxing drink. They boast a diverse selection of wines, and I found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and welcoming.
I opted for the tasting flight that included five different wines, and I even added an extra glass to my order because I enjoyed them so much! Overall, my visit was very satisfying.
The location and atmosphere was great. You'll enjoy sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake. Some of the wines were quite good, but some others were just ok. I would definitely visit again, but be warn you will see many a bachelorette party or wedding reception there.

We feel so lucky to have hosted our wedding at Ventosa Vineyards in June of 2016. Geneva is a great place for a wedding and Ventosa stands out in the crowd of excellent venues around town. The setting is amazing. The sunsets are unbeatable. The service staff was friendly and helpful. The food was awesome. Jackie made our planning process very easy and we felt that our day was a perfect reflection of us. They have 5 stars on the knot for a reason. This place is truly special.

Beautiful place. Beautiful winery. Nice that they have food and allow dogs out on their back patio. But their wines were just okay. We tried the semi-dries to semi-sweet wines on the list they had but weren't super crazy about any of them. I will say the view was gorgeous however!
