Was excited to finally eat here only to be highly disappointed.

The service was the slowest & worst we’ve ever experienced and that was with even having a reservation. It should NOT take over 15-20 minutes AFTER being seated for your server to acknowledge you, greet you & ask if you’d like anything to drink. He’s lucky he came to the table when he did as we were about to get up and leave. Thank god we both knew what we wanted to eat because when he took our drink order we told him we were ready to order our food also. Didn’t want to encounter another long wait to order our food.

Our appetizers came out in a timely manner as did our meal. Unfortunately, that’s where the problems arose with the food. My fiancés crab legs weren’t even lukewarm warm, the vegetable was corn on the cob & you could tell it was old/over cooked as mine was covered in brown/mushy spots. The dinner rolls or if that’s what you want to try n call them, were nothing of the sort but were simply sandwich rolls. Not enjoyable. Our steaks were the best part of our meal as they were done to perfection & very tasty. Never got refills on our pop or lemonade either. Smh 🤦‍♀️

All in all, very disappointed & probably won’t be back. We weren’t the only unhappy patrons either, as the table behind us was complaining of the very poor & slow service also.
As a server myself, I would be appalled if this was how my wait staff neglected customers. They should remember that TIPS stands for- To Insure Proper Service. I normally tip 25-30%, unfortunately for the 1st time ever I could not justify doing that.

On a side note…No wonder no servers were in the dining room attending to customers, as we were leaving we noticed they were all in the front standing around talking to each other.

Also, the parking lot really needs to be better lit!

A whole lobster, three huge king crab legs, and a 6-oz steak with mashed potatoes corn and a roll for $51. You can't beat that, and the food was delicious.

The food was delicious. We went for our anniversary. I will definitely go back. My waitress wasn't very attentive she was to busy chatting with the bartender. But the food was excellent.

First time there and heard great things. I wanted to like it because of the service and atmosphere but the food was just ok. We ordered the crab dinner with surf n turf and the food came out barely warm and presented as if it had been sitting for awhile until someone ordered it. The lobster roll especially was dry and not what it was intended to look and taste like. We were one of the first tables at 430pm so everything should be fresh. No excuses.

I need to drive an hour 1 way to come to 2 forks up. So, on a normal day this is a 3-4 dinner trip. We have done it at least a dozen times. Started going when they first opened at the original place and have continued to the new establishment. I have never had anything but great service and food at 2 forks up. They have tons of items and combinations to choose from. The prices are great. IMO most of their items you could barely make yourself for what they charge. The food has always been great. Sure sometimes we wait a little bit like on mothers day or a sat night but that is to be expected. I only wish i lived closer as i would go more often.

Wait time to long. Others got meals before us. Waitress was very slow and unable to find. Dropped my fork and had to eat appetizers with fingers. Luckily to was fried. Had to ask for a glass for my drink or drink out of a bottle. Finally left without out dinner. Use to love this restaurant but will think twice before I go back. Very disappointing.

In the past this has been a favorite and a treat as we drive from 70 miles away to eat here maybe twice a year at most. Until recently food has been topnotch. My clam chowder was very thin and devoid of anything but minced clams and my wife's steak came out like a hockey puck
Alice, out server, was very perceptive and picked up on this without us having to mention it. She brought out a bowl of shrimp corn chowder (10/10) and a new meal for my wife and the crab, sans the crab legs. Every other item was first class. Alice saved the day
I suspect they had a recent change in kitchen help. We will keep making the pilgrimage.

I took my son there for a belated father's day dinner he said that was the best meal he ever had and mine was just as delicious he had the seafood Scampi and I had the Lobster and steak and our server Matt was very good can't wait to go again

New location is fabulous on a sunny day.Service was so attentive.Best of all.surf and turf .flawless meal .price unbelievably readonable.Going back for sure. June 25 Alice was a fabulous waitress.Food was very good.Really enjoy this place

Everyone knows i rarely post anything on fb let alone a review of a restaurant. In all the restaurants that i have ever been to and god knows there have plenty. I have never had the worst experience as I did tonight. We all have been to restaurants where we waited for hours for our food but let’s face it sometimes that happens. However this night out was an experience that I never have had. Yes we waited for over 2 hours to get our food and yes the cleaning crew was mopping the floor while we were still eating but it was the conversation with the owner which completely surprised me. He was absolutely nasty and told me that I shouldn’t think I’m special because I was still waiting for my food that he had other people to take care of. The reservation for my mom’s day was at 7 and at 930 we still were just getting our food while the restaurant was already gone. It was very clear that we were not happy and the owner never came out even after I asked to speak to him. It was only until I demanded to speak to him that he came out. Definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a nasty person.
