If I could give this place a 0 I would. Customer service is terrible and the food is AWFUL. Usually when you order food and pay ALOT for the food you expect effort to be put into the food. I ordered 20 wing and this is what we got. When I called, the manager couldn't give a shit less to stand by his product and just made an excuse to "being busy". Unreal. I live right down the road and will never be back here again.

I came here because I heard they had some of the best wings in Buffalo. I remember then being decent 10 years ago, so I figured I'd give them a try. I ordered 30 wings extra crispy spicy garlic parm, spicy cagun and pants I n the ground. Most good wing places you don't need to order extra crispy, but I didn't want to take a chance with soggy wings. Low and behold, they came out soggy. All of them. I am a cook, and I went to culinary school, but I didn't need any of that to tell me that the wings were sitting out for 10 min after they were cooked. I reluctantly sent them back. 30 min later, they came back out with a new batch. I already decided at this point that I was going to keep my mouth shut even if I was disappointed all over again. Of course I was The wings were definitely crispy. Tempeture wise, they were really warm. Something that comes right out of the deep fryer should burn my mouth if I try to eat it right away. These didn't and again were obviously sitting for 10 minute s minimum before they made it to my table. To say the least, I am disappointed. I don't know if anyone could convince me this place has good or even decent wings because the servers don't know how fried food works. Like French fries, wings get soggy if you don't serve them right away. IF I WANTED SOGGY WINGS, I WOULD HAVE ORDERED DELEVERY FROM MY LOCAL PIZZERIA!! The ONLY reason I went out tonight was to get good,hot, fresh, and crispy wings! I don't blame the cooks

Can you give a restaurant negative stars?? I went to this restaurant this afternoon. Ordered a royal sub on a toasted garlic roll with a little mayo/lettuce/tomato/onion. When my husband opened his sandwich a short time ago. We discovered it was a cold sub with mixed meats. This wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that I've already been back once because they didn't give us extra blue cheese for our wings...which I paid for.... Or the extra beef gravy for our pub fry's. Which we paid for. It's not like they were busy.??? When I just called. The person on the phone was rude and talked over me when I was trying to ask to speak to a manager ....to explain my frustration. I'm not driving back there for a third time. It shouldn't be this hard to get a small order correct on a slow Sunday. AND there's no excuse for the man who answered the phone. Said no Manager would be in till tomorrow. That was after he continued to NOT listen. Terrible customer service

My husband and I went there for dinner tonight, this was our first time and I must say that everything from our first interaction with Sarah ( our waitress) to paying the bill was Great! There were many selections from the menu, I ordered chicken fingers and my husband ordered the White pizza both were very good. We didn’t have to wait long to be waited on and our food came shortly after our drinks arrived. Our waitress Sarah was very pleasant and accommodating. Overall our experience was really Great and we highly recommend this place to everyone, you won’t regret it! Art and Bonnie Horton

Update: Another solid 5-atar experience. Love this place! Had the pizza and wings and the food was great and tasty!Food was great staff was very attentive to our group of about 7. I gave the 5th star because the waitress was cute but also very well informed and recommended a great IPA that I really enjoyed. Not pictured.
We cannot recommend this restaurant. The wings were not as good as many other Western New York restaurants and the atmosphere is a total "man cave". The staff was very friendly and helpful.
