Ordered double cheeseburger, med fries, small onion rings, lg ice tea with light ice. Cost was over $17. Got a small fry when I was charged for medium. The burger bun was hard and stale and the burger barely warm. There was no ice in my drink at all. For all this I sat at the drive thru for almost 20 min.!! The girl at the window was pleasent. Nice new building. But the food has really gotten worse.

This Burger King has very rude workers, especially one of the managers Joanne in the morning needs to go. She shouldn't be working in the front counter ever. I really miss Patrick manager the one they got rid 😞 of should have never got in trouble for another worker. This other manager should be out. She never looks happy either greeting others instead very gloomy and mad 😡 looking. Because of this I hope they put up a new fast food chain

I do not often fast food but my minions were hungry they got chicken nuggets. These guys had me laughing and smiling and just all around amazing experience going through a drive-thru I've never had such a fun time in a Drive-Thru. Everything came out fine. And I have a new favorite fast food place.

Pros: Mozzarella fries were amazing Cons: 2nd visit with issues (months ago had issues) Fountain drink lacked syrup- tasted off/weak Drive thru order was incorrect Dragon Whopper and Impossible Whopper- meat/contents were switched. Wrapper and bun matched- product inside did not. Wasn't provided a receipt- so no resolution (I enjoy BK- visit Transit Rd location instead)

Food is what you would expect, sometimes good sometimes not. But I'm giving this place 5 stars today because the drive-through worker named Breyer was very helpful and went the extra mile to get our order right without complaint. The workers at this location have always been great.
I stop here almost every day after work. I can't recall any friendlier staff at the drive through. Other restaurants should try thus concept.
