Location was okay. Food had a fake aspect to it. Only thing freshly made was the coffee. I will not be back. But I do suggest make your opinion. Even though I was there b4 and drive thru. She had me waiting for 5 cars b4 she took my order.

So I still do like this location but two things.
One: The tip jar. Two: If you're going to have a tip jar, please make sure you're not messing up orders or not heating up foods that should be.

I go here almost every morning and lately the coffee has been really bad. 9 times out of 10 the coffee tastes watered down. I don’t understand how when you tell them exactly what you want in them. I love my coffee and look forward to it so much when it’s done correctly and tasted amazing. I’m done paying for the inconsistent results. It’s not worth it.

I go to dunkin every morning on my 15 minute break to get coffee, I have never had an issue. Today I realized there was a dunkin closer to my job, which was this one.
To say I was disappointed is a huge understatement. I ordered a medium latte with hazelnut, coconut, and oatmilk. It tasted like plain oatmilk and had coffee grounds in it?! (I have attached pictures).
My boyfriend ordered a large chai tea latte that had 90% syrup in it. I tried his and even spit it out.
I am very disappointed in my experience and I have never had a bad one until today.

Slowest dunkin I have ever been to. Faster to get a sit down breakfast than this location. Coming from Massachusetts where dunkin started this is a disgrace to the franchise.

Went through the drive through and ordered a Starry Soda and a Blue Raspberry Coolata, he got the Coolata right, but made, and charged us for a Crunch iced Coffee, we told him no, it was a Starry Soda(a sprite), and he brings bottled water out instead. He was rude and clueless. We left and will NOT be going back.
