Never and I mean never go to this dunkin' donuts to order coffee. I went in side to places order. Not one person said hi how can I help you. Or sorry where bizzy nothing. They strictly focused on the drive-thru. Not caring about customers incame inside. There was a group of four people all folks on drive-thru not customers that were inside. That was a waste of my time would never suggest going inside

This place is not clean. Bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Disgusting, how is the kitchen, I wonder! If you see the employees/owners, you know what I mean. Cleanliness just isn't important to some people. What a shame.

I have purchased items at this location. Waited for ten minutes at the counter once and no one helped me. Today when I went through drive through because website says free pup cups they wanted to charge me. If that’s good customer service then I have a wrong business model I follow .. are you kidding me ! I will NEVER ago back. Was it worth it for the 2 cent pup up!

Go there 2x a week for decaf ice coffee or decaf expresso over ice. Everything was fine until yesterday. Ordered decaf expresso double over ice. Usually takes time to brew decaf, instead drink was instantly ready asked if decaf she said yes. It wasn’t. I only drank abt 2/3 of a cup and was so sick from caffeine. I’m very sensitive and was shaky at work, didn’t sleep, heart racing. Sorry won’t be back. It’s important you make what people ask for. Waisted my money

Do not use this branch, if you do check your order before you leave. They will not answer the phone at all. Plus the whole automated system is messed up and it will cycle you through numerous times. I ordered 50 munchkins and they gave us 25. While I do enjoy some of the good franchise 8 needs to be shut down all together certainly this location.

I was hired to work here. They knew my availability due to childcare for my children before hiring me and they said it was ok I can work what I can. Then after my first shift I was told not to come back unless I work at 6am like she wants but I can’t because of my husband doesn’t get home from work until 8am so 9am was soonest I can start(like I said she knew at my interview my availability)All my texts and calls are ignored still. This was 2 weeks ago. Don’t waste your time applying here and going through the hiring process.

I have visited this Dunkin Donuts location off and on for the last 3 years and have overall had a pleasant experience. The staff until today was very pleasant and considerate to me. Earlier this afternoon I ordered a chocolate chip muffin and an everything bagel with cream cheese. However after I paid for my order one of the workers told me that they were out of everything bagels but could offer me an alternative bagel in its place. I asked if I could get a refund for the bagel and receive the replacement one for free since it wasn't what I originally ordered especially because at the time I paid I was expecting an everything bagel. A separate worker then proceeded to tell me he could grant me a refund and after I received it I began waiting for my replacement bagel. However as soon as the worker who processed my refund noticed I was waiting he told me: "you're all set? you got your refund?" which I replied with: "I'm waiting for my bagel." He then told me that he won't give me a replacement bagel and shooed me out of the store by cutting my sentences off and saying "have a good day." I told him that I won't come back and if it wasn't for the nice service I've received in the past I would've made this a one star review. To anyone who decides to visit this location I pray you don't get the individual who handled my situation, as the service otherwise is great.
