Ordered pizza and wings, $110+. Your employee confirmed that you screwed up my order and then want me to jump through hoops for you to make it right. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!
Ordered food as a pick up and never had a problem and recieved a confirmation of 15-20 minutes. So I show up and state the have not had an online order in hours. as I go back to the website all the sudden is not connected. so asked hoe does this work and was said credit but wont give money back as credit
We stopped in for some pizza and subs after Niagara falls and it was absolutely delicious! It was definitely nice to get away from the falls to get some more reasonable prices! We had excellent service, kids said it was the best cheese pizza ever! We also had the chicken tender sub with blue cheese it was on point! It was easy to see why this place has been around since 1982! Family owned business with multiple locations in the area! We all need to be supporting these local small...read full review

John's Pizza & Subs offers a mix of experiences. The best specialty pizzas and their basic red pizza sauce is still spot on delicious. The service is fast and the food delicious, especially the cheese and pepperoni pizza. Customer service is right on and they will specialize and customize almost anything you ask them to. The owner stepped in and rectified a problem. Overall, it seems like a hit or miss depending on what you order, but the staff is friendly and the place is clean. Subs and salads are delicious also.
