With all the times I have gone to Nina's with family and friends they never disappointed. It is so sad to see the place that was my go-to ice cream place after concerts or games. I have made so many memories here. There food and ice cream always hit different. I wish you the best of luck in your retirement. You have made so many people happy over the years so, thank you so much. ❤️

Best brownie sundae in Western New York! They make sure the brownies are warm and gooey, every time. Another favorite is the chicken salad with waffle fries, very flavorful and crunchy respectively.

My mom just moved right around the corner and we came in to try the ice cream hoping we found our new "spot" and we definitely did!! The service was wonderful, there were three people and they were all super friendly and patient, answered a few of our questions and made some recommendations. There was four of us and we got four different things, pineapple custard, caramel apple Sundae ,Reese's Sundae and a turtle Great prices, great sizes (we all got kids sizes and they were perfect!) the whip cream was DELICIOUS already planning our next visit! Wish I would have taken pictures There's also a food menu, hot dogs hamburgers etc we plan on trying that next time
Kid-friendliness: A couple of palm trees comfortable boots and tables, definitely great for kids

We only had ice cream, it was great, They made my ice cream Sunday exactly as I like it, which another regional fast food/ ice cream shop refused . Simple little accomidations can really be a nice thing.
I thought the place was closed and abandoned at first glance. I walked in and asked for an ice cream cake. The person at the counter asked what flavor and said they only have chocolate or vanilla, so I said vanilla as I do not like chocolate. The ice cream cake was freezer burnt and only one layer was vanilla, the bottom layer was chocolate. My partner liked it at least.

The twist was not twisted. Not much flavor. However, I ordered a baby twist and it was a large portion. The mexican sundae was alright. The outdoor area looks old and outdated. Some tables were dirty or had spiderwebs. The edges of the tables looked like they weren't even cleaned this year. The guy behind the counter was leaning bored on the counter when we came in but was pretty friendly.
