I came in to be seated and was not greeted or addressed. There was a small child at the counter who called for someone but they never came. I saw a staff member in the back smoking near the food. I ended up just walking out after ~5 minutes. Very disappointing.

I ordered some food for my friends and I for lunch today (8/14/24). My friend who got the spicy friend rice with seafood found a COCKROACH in the bottom of his container. He had already ate half of his food by the time he found it since it was at the bottom. I never had any issues until now so order at your discretion.

Great authentic Vietnamese food they take the time to cook the Pho overnight unlike most of the other places around Buffalo that do not it's a very homey place that reminds me of when I spent many months in Vietnam.

The broth is fantastic, the portion sizes are generous and the menu offers many pho choices and is clear about types of meat involved. However I felt there wasn’t enough meat in the bowl, the rare beef was too cooked and the brisket too fatty, otherwise good.
