This service inside this Tim Hortons at the counter is terrible! They're totally focused on the drive through. I've waited in line for several minutes and had multiple employees cross by right in front of me, nobody waited on me at the counter until there was of a line of about seven or eight people. It didn't just happen to me once either. It's happened to me several times. Now I just go to other Tim Hortons who understand the customers who take the time to walk into the store are important too!

I ordered a latte with oat milk and cold foam, but they gave me the wrong drink. When I told them it was incorrect, they gave me another latte, but it still had no oat milk or cold foam. I paid for both, and I didn’t get what I ordered. Very disappointing.

I just ordered a cold brew for the first time! I walked up to Karen and asked for a cold brew with my normal additives... she rudely corrected me then as the new hire watched her make my beverage she made sure she was loud enough that I could hear my mistake...

there is another way I expect a manager to act.. this was not it ☹️

but I appreciate the new hire stirring my drink fully!! I made him aware as well as he was apologizing.
