I love my Tim Hortons tea in the morning but want a blueberry bagel. I'm told the owner of this location doesn't carry the blueberry bagel. Boo. You clearly own several locations near me so I'll just say I go out of my way to go to the locations that carry it.

First 3 bites of a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich had so many egg shells, and I'm literally going to be sick! MOLD on the eggs & cheese & stale crossaint. Their food service, customer service, sucks! Never going to this location again!??

We picked up donuts at 5 am. They were still warm and very fresh. The employee we interacted with was pleasant and knowledgeable when answering my questions.

They don't let the frosting harden on the top of their donuts and so all the frosting sticks to the inside of the bag.

Good coffee but they need better deals. McDonalds across the street does 1.79 Large Ice Coffee. Capitalism means competing not living in price denial and charging $3 for the same product. You'd think Tim Hortons would be more aware that they are losing a price war and profit as coffee costs 50 cents a cup with labor included.

Hate the rehydrated eggs. Wish they used fresh eggs. UPDATE: They started to use real eggs. Thanks Tims.

I ordered a medium Dark Roast at the drive-thru...lukewarm at best, indicating a non-enjoyable beverage, but served by a very pleasant employee at the drive-thru.
Well, I never leave reviews online but I feel a need to let you know the overall flavor and experience of your coffee since getting rid of glass coffee pots has drastically worsened.I spoke with one of your team members this morning and she stated (your not the only one saying that!)I ask that you reconsider your coffee brewing technique and return to glass pitchers.Kind regards, J

Counter girl was rude. Will not return to this Tim H again. Treated like less then. Plenty of other TH around. Unbelievable for someone in service industry.

Oh Tim hortons, I wish you were better, but you're not. I was actually planning on giving Tim Hortons a three-star, even though that's a super stretch, bc first time I tried them I thought the breakfast sandwiches were decent, but now the second time I tried a breakfast sandwich, it wasn't even hot all the way through, and had some bites that were coolish and then a piece of cheese that was cold. ?And honestly, the lattes are just bad.Two stars is actually very generous. And I really don't like leaving anything but five star reviews, but sometimes as a public service, I feel like I need to let people know how bad something is. Their lattes are so bad, that I would personally rather buy a caffeine drink at a gas station. On to their donuts, they look plasticky and they taste plasticky. ?Again I don't like saying so many bad things about a place, but I feel like I just need to let people know.

The other day I got a breakfast sausage sandwich and when I took a bite of the sandwich it tasted like mold so I open it up and see that the sausage was all covered with mold!!!
