rude employees but good stuff tbh. i still avoid this place though
They need a manager on duty at all times , especially if they are gonna have kids that are new by them selves. I have came here plenty of times and just recently they haven’t really been getting anything right. I ask for a hazelnut ice capp because they don’t understand if I say a normal ice capp with a few shots of hazelnut. Now they don’t understand a hazelnut ice Capp and had to ask for shots of hazelnut, just for him not to understand it still
Unreal line - unacceptable for students and staff to wait for 20min all day long for coffee. University needs to address it for this location and either expand or open another location - this is the Business School

Pathetic service. The line does not move and they work so slowly. I had to wait 15 to 20 min in line and next to me there were only 4 to 5 people.

I come here because compared to the other Tim's, the line is significantly shorter. It's also open early enough for me to grab something before morning classes, and the crowd is still reasonable even if you come here during the lunch rush. The staff is nice, the service is great, nothing to complain about.

Ordered for a matcha latte but they gave me a chai latte. Told them about this, they did give the matcha drink but when I asked about the price difference where the chai latte costs more, they said they both cost the same in order to not return any money back to me though matcha drink was of lesser price. So always confirm your order with them else they will give you a drink of higher price and fool you! Overall I don’t recommend this place as there was not much matcha added to the drink!

Went to the Tim at SU, They didn’t call the order number or name of the order when it’s ready and just hand it to someone else without asking. I was waiting there for 10 minutes after the person took my order and when the person brought my food back and said it was the wrong order they just gave the food that someone already touch and took a bite out of to me I want to ask if they can remake it but they keep looking at me like I was the problem even though they are the one who hand the wrong order to someone else. so I just throw the food out and wasted 10 dollars and that is just nasty and it was around 9am on a Saturday so its not even busy

Their employees are kind, cheerful, and service-oriented. I like their dark roast coffee.
Note: they were open on a Sunday in November. I think their posted hours change according to the univ. semester, maybe.
Worst place ever, waited 30mins for them to get my order wrong and told me it’s how it is, paid nearly 10 dollars.

I rather buy Starbucks than go to this tims. They are clowns, terrible customer service, especially this one Indian guy. Comes at no surprise this place is a garbage considering the school is the owner. ?
Order is occasionally wrong and lines are usually pretty long, but quick and easy.
