The place gets a bit crowded and queues obstruct the hallway.

I rather buy Starbucks than go to this tims. They are clowns, terrible customer service, especially this one Indian guy. Comes at no surprise this place is a garbage considering the school is the owner. ?

Order is occasionally wrong and lines are usually pretty long, but quick and easy.

Always great. Try to go between classes since the line can get long.

Both Tim Hortons on the UB North campus are much smaller than regular Tim Hortons, but this location seems to be the "better" of the two. This Tim Horton's location is tucked in behind Baldy Hall on UB North campus and is cleaner than the one in the Student Union. The Tim Horton's in the Student Union is always busy with a long line, but this location didn't get busy until around 9:15-9:30 in the morning. They have less seating compared to the Student Union location, but they do have seats next to the windows, so it's much brighter. Besides the smaller size of the shop, I'd say it's an average Tim Hortons. :)

This is one of the Tim Horton's on campus at University at Buffalo. It's in Alfiero Center, which is part of the Jacobs Management Center buildings. If you are already on campus, this is a nice option to have for when you need a Tim Horton's. Even so, during the semester lines are LONG and SLOW. The lines are not slow because the staff is particularly slow, it's mainly because they are SOOOO LOOOOOONNNNNNGGGG. It's just the nature of the beast, having a Tim Horton's in a busy campus building with no other food options besides vending machines. The menu is the same as any other Tim Horton's, as far as I can tell. Sandwiches and baked goods are what you'd typically find at any Tim's. I work nearby, and usually pack my lunch. But every now and then when I need to buy food, an English muffin for breakfast or a turkey sandwich for lunch is what you expect from a Tim Horton's. One nice little secret--when you BYO-travel mug, a regular coffee refill is under two bucks for any sized mug. My travel mug is much larger than the largest coffee, so I very much appreciate this savings bargain. If you are not already on campus, and it is during an academic semester, never come here. Because the line is already long enough, without you. :-P Go to any other of the glut of Tim Horton's locations (there are at least three within minutes of this one that I can think of, off the top of my head). But if you're on campus, this is a handy option to have when you need it. Just be prepared to wait.

A standby in my law school experience, this location is in the management center which is a short walk from the law school and lots of other academic buildings. The employees are young and friendly, and keep the process moving. I don't usually have to wait long for my drinks or food, but of course that changes when there is a long line! It's one of the few places open in my area of campus during summer so I have stopped here a couple times to get breakfast before bar review and I will continue to do so for the rest of the summer! My only word of warning is to be prepared to wait quite a bit when there is a break in between classes or it is morning rush time.
